Obok Sushi

Obok Sushi is famous for offering fresh seafood in Seoul, with their signature dish being the Kaisendon. Kaisendon is a rice bowl topped with an abundance of fresh seafood, which is visually appealing and tantalizing to the taste buds. The lively atmosphere filled with the freshness of seafood was impressive as soon as I entered the restaurant. The Kaisendon I ordered was a harmonious mix of various seafood such as salmon, tuna, sweet shrimp, and scallops, all topped with a subtle soy sauce seasoning that added depth to the flavor. The seafood on top of the rice burst with freshness in the mouth, and the chewy texture was particularly satisfying. The portion of the Kaisendon was just right for a meal, and I was pleased with the excellent quality for the price. I would highly recommend it to those who prioritize freshness. The accompanying miso soup was also clean and rich in flavor, enhancing the taste of the seafood.
