Antonio in Como left us with fond memories, thanks to its warm hospitality and unique setting. The B&B is housed in a stunning 17th-century monastery, with beautifully preserved wall and ceiling sculptures that left us in awe. We adored our cozy loft-style room, which added to the experience. The owner was incredibly helpful and full of humor—when we realized Italy uses different plugs from other European countries, he kindly lent us adaptors from his kitchen. He even provided a detailed map, marked with recommended restaurants and must-see attractions. Breakfast was a highlight, served buffet-style at a large communal table, and we were lucky to visit during peach season, enjoying a variety of sweet and juicy peaches.
