Full review of Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach Breakfast: Service at Elements restaurant is diverse and impressive, with many high-quality menu options. Even after two days, I couldn't try everything. They use Harnet & Sons Chamomile and English Breakfast tea, which smells wonderful. The staff clears the plates quickly and provides good care, although it can be a bit slow during prime time from 8:30-9:30. M Bar: The base liquor used is premium Don Julio tequila, both the blue bottle aged in stainless steel for 60 days and the brown bottle aged in oak barrels for 8 months (actually, the bottles are the same color, but the liquor color differs). Bartenders Gam and Orn are cheerful and attentive. I ordered two menu items below: EL Fuego: A sweet and sour drink made from mango with a light spiciness from a spicy sauce made with Korean chili and chili powder. It's easy to drink, though a bit too sweet for my taste. Adding more spicy sauce and ice made it more balanced. El Royal: The main base is Don Julio Reposado (brown bottle) with sparkling wine. It's sour, fizzy, and less sweet than the first drink, still easy to drink. Both drinks are likely to be popular with women. Happy Hours: From 16:00-18:00 at C Bar, there are classic cocktails, fruit juices, wine, whiskey, and other promotional items. I ordered a gin tonic and a fruit juice, waiting for the evening cocktails. Evening Cocktails: For Accor members at C Bar from 18:00-19:00, there are 3-4 types of wine/sparkling to choose from: sparkling, white, and rose. There are also 3-4 cocktail options. The taste is okay and enjoyable. The staff is attentive, and Mr. Albert came to chat, which was nice. He squatted down to ask about my stay experience. I mentioned that everything was good except for the noise from events. He assured me that there shouldn't be any noise after 10 PM and even brought some snacks. He checked on the drinks as well. 👍 Vero: Near the end of the evening cocktails, I had dinner at Vero, using Accor+ benefits for discounts. I ordered three dishes: Hanging Steak, Spaghetti Truffle (Tagliatelle), and Burrata Salad. Hanging Steak 🥩: Well-grilled to medium rare, fragrant, juicy, and flavorful. It pairs well with salt or mushroom sauce. Burrata Salad 🥗: Not quite balanced. Spaghetti: Predominantly salty with a faint truffle aroma. The sauce is too thin for my liking. Summary: Naithon Beach is my favorite easily accessible beach in Phuket. This year, I've flown to Phuket 4-5 times and visited Naithon twice. The beach stretches as far as the eye can see, lined with large trees providing shade for beachgoers. The sea is clear and turquoise, with rocks near the hotel teeming with various fish species. Free divers with a mask and snorkel won't be disappointed, but be cautious of strong currents, waves, and rocks. Back at the hotel, the breakfast is great, the ocean view rooms are beautiful, and the staff in many departments are dedicated. There are some minor issues as mentioned in the review. Some dishes at Vero are well-prepared, while others are not quite satisfactory. The hotel is spacious, beautifully decorated, and serene. I hope this is helpful.
