Wulai Waterfall, located in Wulai District, New Taipei City, is one of the famous natural attractions in northern Taiwan. Height and Magnificence • Wulai Waterfall is about 80 meters high, making it one of the few waterfalls in Taiwan with such height. • The waterfall cascades down from the mountain wall with strong water flow and mist, appearing like a silver-white curtain from a distance, which is very spectacular. 2. Wulai Cable Car • There is a Wulai Cable Car next to the waterfall, which is the first cable car in Taiwan. Driving • It takes about 1 hour to drive from downtown Taipei. Follow the Beiyi Highway towards Wulai Old Street. 2. Public Transportation • Take the MRT to Xindian Station, then transfer to Wulai Bus 849. After reaching the last stop, walk to the waterfall area. 🔺Best Travel Time • Spring (March-May): Moderate water volume and beautiful scenery. • Summer (June-August): Suitable for cooling off, but be aware of thunderstorms. • Autumn and Winter: Cooler temperatures with less rain, but the waterfall remains spectacular.
