Nara, the city of deer

It's undeniable that when you think of a city of deer in Japan, it has to be Nara. Herds of deer bowing and waiting for senbei from your hand. If you don't give them any, they will bow repeatedly, up to 10 times. Be careful with your bags as the deer might snatch, nibble, or bite them. If you ignore them, they might even bite your bottom. A little further, there's a temple with a mother deer and her fawn, which should have been born by now. Deer around the temple don't get much senbei. Don't forget to feed them a lot!
