Beat the heat at Muak Lek.

Heading to Muak Lek Waterfall in Saraburi to escape the summer heat, it's a 2-hour drive from Korat. The waterfall is very refreshing, and there's no entrance fee. Renting a tube costs 80 baht per person. There's food available for purchase, and the atmosphere is very serene. If you go early, you can choose a good spot right by the waterfall. Later in the day, it gets crowded. On the way back, stop by Khao Yai Tiang where there's a cafe with a great view at the very top, offering a panoramic view of the natural scenery and delicious water. Visiting in the evening provides beautiful lighting and a view of the setting sun.
