I'll stay at this hotel whenever I visit Macau! It's comfortable and affordable!

[The St. Regis Macao – A Warm Experience at the Astor House] 1. Check-in and Room View This was my first time staying at The St. Regis Macao, and it was during the week. The hotel was very friendly and upgraded me to a Metropolitan Suite. Although it wasn't the best floor for views, I have to admit that the view was amazing. 2. Excellent Service 1. Overall Service: The service at The St. Regis is always excellent. As soon as I entered the lobby, the concierge offered to store my luggage, and the check-in process was very smooth. I noticed that the front desk staff's Mandarin wasn't very fluent, so a concierge staff member came over to help. It was very thoughtful. 2. Butler Service: The butler service was warm and attentive. They were very proactive in offering guests a variety of soft drinks, such as tea, coffee, and lemon tea, and they responded very quickly. 3. Evening Ritual: The evening ritual in the lobby was also great. The staff offered champagne and juice, and they were very friendly and warm. 3. Comfortable Room The room was very spacious, and I could control the lights, air conditioning, and other equipment in the room with an iPad, which was very convenient. The hardware in the room was well-maintained, and the bedding and bathroom amenities were very comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. 4. Dining Experience 1. Breakfast: Breakfast was served at The Manor. There weren't many options, but each dish was exquisite and delicious. I especially want to praise the yogurt and eggs benedict. The eggs benedict were perfectly cooked, and the hollandaise sauce was excellent. However, the restaurant was a bit small and crowded. 2. Happy Hour: The hotel doesn't have a dedicated lounge, so happy hour is held at The Manor. You can choose any drink, and there are simple snacks. It's a great place to chat and relax. The staff were very friendly and introduced the snacks that go with the drinks. 3. Room Service: The room I booked included a USD 100 credit, which the front desk said was about MOP 800. However, the credit couldn't be used at The St. Regis Bar, so I chose to order room service. The portions were large, and they even gave us complimentary bread. The two of us ordered three dishes and couldn't finish them. I think the credit would be enough for three people. 5. Leisure Facilities 1. Pool: The St. Regis Macao has an outdoor pool. The staff said the pool temperature was 28°C. I went in the morning when it was cloudy, and it felt a bit cold, but the hot tub next to it was very comfortable. The staff also offered bathrobes, towels, and water. The service was very attentive. 6. Convenient Location The St. Regis Macao is conveniently located next to The Parisian Macao. It's close to McDonald's, Starbucks, and the Parisian Food Court, and it's also convenient to watch the changing of the guard. Overall, The St. Regis Macao is definitely worth experiencing!
