A well curated musuem

#museums While Maastricht was already starting to feel somewhat offbeat. It came as a refreshing change from Amsterdam. The day trip was more about strolling around. There is a nice promenade and the weather was pleasant. In doing so, I came across the museum unplanned. The structure looked fascinating from the outside. I decided to give it a go. Turns out it is a very well curated museum. It has a diverse range of art from middle ages to more modern and contemporary exhibitions. The lights were well placed and items well labelled. Plenty to read and absorb. The lockers were free and good thing there was a cafe too. Just in time for a snack and a cup of coffee.
