London | Newly opened Japanese restaurant near Richmond

Spent the weekend exploring around Richmond and met up with friends for dinner at a Japanese restaurant! The ambiance was great, and the ingredients were fresh. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with the amazing aroma of their broth. Tonkotsu Ramen: The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful. The staff mentioned it’s simmered for 10 hours, and it really shows! Paired with a soft-boiled egg and bamboo shoots, it was absolutely delicious! Sushi: Of course, sushi is a must at a Japanese restaurant! We ordered a nine-piece platter, beautifully presented. The salmon was tender and silky, the cherry tomatoes were sweet and tangy, and the radish had a hint of spicy aroma—light yet satisfying! Lobster Tempura: Freshly fried tempura is always a win!
