Peak District National Park is the first national park in the UK, established in 1951. It is located between the cities of Sheffield and Manchester in central England, and is surrounded by the cities of Manchester, Leeds, and Sheffield. There are no steep peaks here, but rather round hills and limestone faults. The park is vast, with rolling hills, vast fields, and lush green grass. Ancient stone walls wind through it, as if telling stories of the past. It is also a paradise for outdoor activities, attracting more than 20 million visitors every year. It contains some of the most magnificent scenery in the UK and is the filming location for many movies, such as Pride and Prejudice. Peak District National Park covers an area about the same size as London, and Derby is an ideal base for exploring the Peak District. It is located in central England and has both a rich historical heritage and a modern urban atmosphere.
