Limassol old town 🛬

#traveldiaries I just returned from exploring Limassol Old Town in Cyprus, and it was a delightful journey through history! 🏛️ The area is a charming mix of cobblestone streets, vibrant markets, and quaint shops that really capture the essence of the city. Strolling through the narrow alleys, I stumbled upon beautiful murals and little cafés that beckoned me to stop for a coffee. ☕ One of the highlights was visiting the Limassol Castle, which had an entrance fee of around 4 euros. The castle is fascinating, and the views from the top are a must-see! Afterward, I enjoyed browsing the local shops selling unique crafts and souvenirs. The atmosphere in Old Town is lively, with a great mix of locals and tourists. I ended my day at a lovely taverna, savoring traditional Cypriot dishes.
