Just heading to Tsim Sha Tsui East for work 🚶🏻♂️ Before starting my shift, I seized the chance to have breakfast at the long-lost Brown Sugar Coffee Shop 😬 The view hasn't changed, but the two baristas are new 👀 Homemade Basil Herb Dried Tomato Bagel 🌿🍅🥯 It's one-third the size of a regular bagel 🧐 The moment you take a bite, the aroma of herbs fills the air 😌 The warmed bagel is very soft, and the dried ripe tomatoes taste like spicy sausage 🥓 It's clearly a vegetarian bagel, but it tastes like meat 😂 You don't really need to add cream cheese; it's delicious on its own 😋 This coffee has a better balance and tastes great ☕️ I happened to witness an accident where someone spilled coffee at another table that day 😳 Quickly switch to holding your cup with both hands 🙌🏻
