Kuerdening is like a hidden treasure in Xinjiang!

Xinjiang is a place full of mystery and enchanting scenery. Many people are fixated on the snow-capped mountains of Shata, but I found a snow-capped mountain in Kuerdening that looks like it came straight out of a comic book. This is a niche grassland that most people will miss. Kuerdening has stunning snow-capped mountains, vast spruce forests, lush meadows, long wooden walkways, babbling streams, and wildflowers all over the mountains, along with cabins like those in 'Heidi and Grandpa.' About ten minutes past the Kuerdening ticket office, at the 'Bee Fragrance Station,' you can find the perfect spot to photograph the snow-capped mountains. The scenic area includes the Ten-Mile Gallery, Qimengde, the Spruce King Viewing Platform, wooden walkways, winding mountain roads, the mountaintop viewing platform, and the Cloud Grassland. Walking up the wooden walkway, deep into the spruce forest, all the way to the end of the walkway, you will see the most beautiful scenery in Kuerdening. The local area offers delicious hand-grabbed lamb, which is tender and not gamey, making it particularly enjoyable. There are also fragrant baked buns with crispy outer layers and juicy fillings. Additionally, Xinjiang's yogurt is worth trying, with a rich texture and a balanced sweet and sour taste. There are so many attractions: 1. Bee Fragrance Station: The best spot to photograph the snow-capped mountains. 2. Zhonggou Scenic Area: The Ten-Mile Gallery is picturesque, Qimengde is charming, the Spruce King Viewing Platform is tall and magnificent, the wooden walkways are perfect for strolling, the winding mountain roads are twisty, the mountaintop viewing platform offers a broad view, and the Cloud Grassland feels like a fairyland. Things to note: 1. Tickets are 30 yuan per person. Navigate to the Kuerdening Scenic Area ticket office if driving. Cars can be driven to the Qimengde Scenic Area, but the parking lot is relatively small. 2. The signal on the mountain is poor, and there are no shops or restaurants, so you need to prepare food and water yourself. 3. Wear comfortable shoes because exploring Kuerdening is leg-intensive. Also, bring a jacket to guard against the changing weather on the mountain. 4. The scenic area is open from 09:00 to 19:00. If you want to ride a horse up the mountain, it costs 80 yuan per person. It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to drive from Yining City to Kuerdening. Currently, only Zhonggou is open. You can first go to the Bee Fragrance Station to photograph the snow-capped mountains, then enter Zhonggou to explore various attractions. If you want a more comfortable stay, you can choose to stay in Gongliu County. If you want to experience the tent camp, Kuerdening Kafeng Base Camp has tent camps, but it is quite cold in the mountains in June.
