Arrived at the shop before 11 am. Some may say it's greedy, but I say it's dedication to food. I was the first customer in the shop, so I had no competition and could take my time choosing a seat and food. I ordered the popular braised beef brisket rice set meal. The rice was covered with beef brisket and radish. The beef brisket was tender and flavorful. The set meal also included radish soup, soft-boiled egg, sesame tofu, and vegetables. The set meal cost CNY 32. I also ordered beef shumai. The skin was thin and translucent, and the beef filling was juicy. It was good, but there was a slight mutton smell. The new shop is in an alley on Dongjie Street in Fuzhou, next to Jueye BBQ. The decor is trendy, with various slogans. The shop also has a wide selection of condiments. It ranks 4th on the list of popular Fuzhou snack fast food restaurants. Note: A CNY 1 fee is charged for takeout boxes.
