Serene Doi Suthep Temple at the mountain

If you are in Chiang Mai and want to get away for a day, you can head to Doi Suthep mountain and get rewarded with ample hiking opportunities with natural and Chiang Mai city views. My favorite spot was this temple with quite long stairs leading to the golden color main shrine which illuminates at night. You can combine the trip with Nearby villages or the peak of Doi Suthep. The road leading to the temple is great and feels even better while riding motorbike.
