Abu Dhabi Louvre Museum

To improve its status in the art world, the UAE has built a replica of the Louvre in Abu Dhabi. The museum uses the name of the Louvre in Paris and borrows collections from the Louvre and other French museums for up to 30 years. The contract is worth nearly 1 billion euros, and the "Abu Dhabi Louvre" will also purchase its own collections. Its design concept perfectly intertwines the sky, beach, and Arabian Gulf. The huge circular dome with a diameter of 180 meters is even more dreamlike, with sunlight shining through the small holes, creating a unique light and shadow effect. As a vibrant cultural landmark, the museum currently houses artworks and artifacts spanning thousands of years and multiple cultures, including works from ancient civilizations, Islamic art, and modern masterpieces.
