Sydney🇦🇺|5-Day Itinerary Recommended by International Students (Non-Exhausting Version)
As a former international student in Australia, I still want to write a post to record my favourite Sydney ~ I've brought my family here twice since graduation, so I'll share the places I think I must must must must visit!
Itinerary ✈️
🌟Day 1: Harbour Bridge, Opera House, Chinatown, Lover's Harbour
We recommend staying near the Opera House, you can see the sea view every day and the traffic and food is very convenient. Opera House at 4 or 5 pm to find an outdoor restaurant to sit until the sunset, really beautiful ~
Night to go to Chinatown, and then walk a few steps to Darling Harbour, Valentine's Harbour, every Saturday there are fireworks 🎆 recommended seafood restaurants Nick's restaurants
🌟Day 2: Taronga zoo, Observatory
-Take a ferry from Circular Quay to Taronga zoo and get off the boat, see the kangaroos and koalas, and enjoy the harbour bridge and opera house from the sea! Absolutely beautiful! The zoo is also by the sea, definitely the most beautiful zoo I've ever seen!
-Go to The Observatory Hill Park at dusk to watch the sunset, the scene is very much like a heart-thumping film scene!
🌟Day 3: Beachcombing~!
Take the ferry from Circular Quay to Rose Bay, then Watsons Bay, then Bondi (Sydney's most famous and crowded beach).
I recommend Diamond Bay the most! It's a cliff view! It's very out of the film and not too crowded!
🌟Day 4: University of Sydney, Art Gallery of New South Wales
Sydney University is worth taking the time to see, come to Harry Potter building to see, we took graduation photos are here, the old castle that is the sense of vision!
Then go to the art gallery to hang out ~ there are real paintings of Van Gogh and Monet!
🌟Day 5: Shopping 🛍️
Finally open the shopping mode, after all, can be tax-free is really cheaper than domestic. Recommended to go to Queen Victoria BuildingQueen Victoria Building here has a hundred years of history, retro decoration ~ can be around this neighbourhood shopping, all kinds of brands have ~
Then go to eat super hot watermelon cake Black Star Pastry really I will buy one every time I go, strong push!
🌟 Food Recommendations
❕Auvers! I've been here n times, brunch first choice! Near Chinatown
❕ Porcelain (Beijing cuisine) in Chinatown, do not love Western food on the word to eat this certainly will not step on the mine ~ instantly back to the feeling of China!
❕Danjee Korean Restaurant! I've been to Korean food n times!
There are many many more food in Sydney, Japanese food is also very good but I forgot the name ~ the three above are the ones I've eaten n times and still remember clearly!

French Connection
Not far from Christchurch (NZ South Island’s largest city) lies Banks Peninsula, an atmospheric piece of land that juts out into the Pacific Ocean and faces the Antarctic continent. The peninsula is of volcanic origin and is about 1,150 square kilometers in area. Due to its proximity to Christchurch, it is today a well-known daytrip destination for travelers – both locals and foreigners alike. The peninsula is home to a French-inspired colonial town called Akaroa which sits at the heart of the tourist scene in the area.
Our first stop was at Little River, a town approximately in between Christchurch and Akaroa. It was a fairly small tourist town, with the usual array of cafes and art galleries. There’s also an old railway station which is unused. We made a short stop there just to look around, but frankly there wasn’t much to see.

Iron Pot Cruises
A long time ago to know this place, has no chance. This time can finally go, in advance to find online for a long time. Service is also very good, all aspects of coordination are very good. The local service providers are also very much praise, much better than the domestic!
The captain is very good and will care that everyone is not cold. Feel very intimate.

To be at the late Steve Irwin Australia Zoo was one of my dream list. Here are the list that I like about the zoo:

3. You can get cheap souvenir from as low as 50cents at the souvenir shop.

11. Watch out as there are “small iguana/lizard” that are enjoying their walks here. They can be seen on the walkway etc. Some of them are friendly and most of them are shyyy and will run away if you approach them.

360 degrees view of Sydney CBD, inner suburbs and outlying regions stretched to the horizon.
Assuring sights of the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Fort Denison, Queen Victoria Building, St Mary’s Cathedral affirm the diversity of Sydney.
The shoreline is dotted with activities of shipyards, public park lands, wharves, glistening waters reflect a bustling Harbour.
It is a dazzling experience which will remain for a long time.
Thanks to Klook facilitating it.

1 .5H (without the koala photos). You will be able to
see most of Australia's iconic animals including
koalas, crocodiles, birds, kangaroos, etc.
we went on Christmas Day but the line was pretty
long so would recommend to buy tickets in advance
A way to see the popular unique Australian wildlife quickly (1-1.5 hours depending on crowd) and conveniently (located in the city). Recommended for those who are trying to squeeze in as much as possible or do not want to venture far from the city. If you have more time to spare to see animals or want to see more animals, Taronga Zoo would be more appropriate.

Travels Through Sydney Australia
In 1788 Captain Arthur Phillip sailed his ship into Sydney Cove and one of the great cities of the world was born.
Today Sydney is home to over four million Aussies who love to bathe in the glorious sunshine and surf on the open waters that break upon its wonderful beaches.
Sydney Harbour is irresistible. Its famous bridge dominates the view, a magnificent feat of engineering.
But for sheer elegance, the Sydney Opera House takes centre stage with its unique appearance and over 2,500 shows annually to keep the opera buffs fulfilled.
Try to catch the Sydney Film Festival when all manner of Hollywood stars honour the city with their presence.
If you’ve joined in with the Aussie spirit and sank one or two pints of lager, try burning off the calories with a climb up the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
The ascent commences at regular intervals and the view from the top is inspirational, though you will need a strong nerve and a good head for heights.
Today Sydney is a multicultural city.

Lake Heller, Australia is a pink lake
After the southern coast of Western Australia, there is a group of islands consisting of hundreds of small islands called the Lecce Islands. One of the archipelago's mid-island corners is nestled among the dense eucalyptus and white woods, and there is a lake that shines in pastel colors, such as a layer of pink icing. It looks like a giant's footprint on a thick green carpet with white edges.
Hellier Lake is located on the island of Medell in Australia. The lake is oval in shape and the lake is pink. Some describe it as a piece of frosting on a cake, adding a touch of singularity to the dense corner of Middledale Forest. .
Hellier Lake is a saltwater lake with a width of about 600 meters. The lake is shallow and the shore is covered with crystal white salt. The lake is surrounded by dark green eucalyptus and wood forest. Outside the forest is a narrow white sand. The belt separates the lake from the deep blue water. Overlooking the island from the sky, dark blue, dark green, pink and white contrast, making Lake Hellier more eye-catching.

Hoyts
Have you ever experienced a cinema that is as comfortable as a first class airplane? are not there? Then don't miss the HOYTS theater on the third floor of Chadstone's fashion capital.
My favorite and most recommended is the VIP booth of Hoyts. The screen is large, the seat is comfortable, you can adjust the angle to watch the movie, and more importantly, each seat is on the side. There are buttons, you can call the waiter to order food for you, this kind of intimate service, I did not expect it ~
In addition, I must separately praise the value of Chadstone fashion capital and shopping environment, because it is true Very good, fall in love in a second! The architecture of Chadstone's fashion capital is very distinctive, and the huge cable-stayed glass roof gives a different natural beauty from day to night. No matter from which angle the picture is taken, no need to retouch the picture, Zhang Zhang is a big fan.

Chadstone Fashion Capital Food District
Really, I have visited so many countries and visited so many shopping centers. The food area of Chadstone Fashion Capital is the food I have ever seen with the most abundant dining options. Good place to go. The entire Chadstone fashion capital is full of gourmet dining areas, covering all the world's specialties, even if you eat here for a day, you are extremely happy!
The first thing I went to was the food area on the second floor, which was directly accessible by the escalator next to Tesla.
is located on the side of the hand-held elevator is the "net red wall" of Chadstone fashion capital, many well-known bloggers at home and abroad will come here to take a photo. On the wall, there are two layers of special dining information. Western food, Chinese food, Japanese food, and Mexican food are almost all available.

Sydney Opera House (Sydney)
#australiatrip The Sydney Opera House is one of Australia’s most recognized landmarks and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its iconic sail-like design, crafted by Danish architect Jørn Utzon, dominates the Sydney Harbour skyline and serves as a hub for performing arts. Whether you’re an architecture enthusiast or a casual tourist, the Opera House offers something for everyone.
Visitors can explore the exterior for free, capturing stunning photos with the backdrop of the Harbour Bridge. For a deeper experience, guided tours provide insights into its history, construction, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the concert halls. The Opera House hosts a variety of performances, from classical music to contemporary theater, so attending a show is a special way to appreciate the venue.
Dining options near the Opera House, such as Bennelong or Opera Bar, allow you to enjoy a meal with fantastic harbor views. These spots are especially vibrant during sunset, as the golden hues reflect off the water.
While it’s a must-see attraction, crowds can be significant, particularly during holidays or weekends. Booking tours and shows in advance ensures a smooth visit. The location is also perfect for combining with other nearby attractions, such as the Royal Botanic Gardens or a ferry ride across the harbor.
The Sydney Opera House is more than just a building—it’s a symbol of Australia’s cultural identity and a testament to human creativity. Whether admired from afar or explored up close, it’s an essential stop on any #australiatrip.
