"Our stay at Chimelong Spaceship Hotel was an absolute fantastic experience. The exterior of the hotel is grand and magnificent, and the submarine and marine life decorations in the lobby are so lifelike—our child loved them! Walking into the room, every little detail showed true thoughtfulness. The bed had just the right firmness, the linens were clean and comfortable ensuring a great night's sleep, and they even prepared dedicated toiletries for kids—such a thoughtful touch. The hotel's dining is another highlight; the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety with both Chinese and Western options, fresh seafood, and exquisite desserts. Every bite was a pure delight. Getting to the various Chimelong parks from the hotel is very convenient with a free shuttle bus running on a reasonable schedule, so transportation was never an issue. Guests also get access to an exclusive early-entry lane before the parks open, which saves a lot of time waiting in line. The staff are warm and attentive, always wearing smiles that instantly put you in a good mood. There are photo-op spots everywhere in the hotel; you can snap a great picture anywhere you stand. "Staying at the Giraffe Castle Hotel, the lobby is spacious and grand, with unique overall decor. The in-room appliances worked stably, and the room had good natural light. When we were about to head out to explore the park, concierge Wu Canxuan helped us with directions and clearly explained the walking shortcuts. The hotel is very close to all the attractions; the Divine Tree Paradise and Gaogao Amusement Valley offer a wide variety of rides and activities. In our free time, we could also relax in the hot springs, and the gym was well-equipped. The restaurant offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was great. We also got to observe animals up close in the park and learned many interesting facts about them."

"Overall, the room was quite good.
**Amenities:** It had everything one would need, like a refrigerator and washing machine (the fridge stayed powered on).
**Cleanliness:** A common issue with many hotels, there was an odor from the bathroom drain, but it wasn't too bad, just an occasional whiff.
**Environment:** It was quite clean; I didn't experience any allergies or discomfort using their towels or other items.
**Service:** The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and provided good service.
**Location:** It's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel to Fuhuali, which I personally feel is one of the better shopping districts in Zhuhai... there's a great variety of food and drink options there."

The front desk staff were efficient during check-in and provided excellent service. The self-service breakfast had a wide selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. The 24-hour gym and laundry room facilities were also a great bonus. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers, highly recommended!"

"We booked a bigger room and love it. The room size is just right at 29sqm with amenities, free smart laundry services and basic gym. The breakfast was pretty good with variety. The hotel location was great just next to Beijing Lu station and next to TeeMall. Within walking distance to Beijing Pedestrian Road. That is what I like, near the shopping area but live in it due to the huge crowd. Value for money and I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Without hesitation, I chose Atour for this trip. The service, bedding, and food all met Atour's high standards – excellent! 👍👍👍 My only minor complaint is that there's a small drop at the entrance to the room door. If you're not paying attention, it's easy to lose your balance, and could cause elderly guests or children to fall. I hope this can be improved or a warning sign can be posted!"

The hotel enjoys an exceptional location very close to Guangzhou East Railway Station, just a short walk away, making getting around and commuting super convenient. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, handling both check-in and check-out swiftly and efficiently for a wonderful experience. The dining options were exceptionally thoughtful; not only was there a rich buffet breakfast to choose from, but they also provided complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack featuring authentic local rice noodles. Offering incredible value for money, this place is perfect for both business trips and vacations. The best part was the invoicing service—completely digitized, allowing e-invoices to be sent straight to your phone without having to wait in line at the front desk, which saved a lot of precious time. The facilities overall were clean and tidy, and the service was meticulous down to the smallest detail. It's an absolute top choice for anyone staying in Guangzhou.

Adel KLQWas disappointed when I called for the airport pick up as the lady said No English! How am I supposed to book if you don't speak English? This was the 1st hurdle.
2nd hurdle was room TV wasn't working and how would I called for help if they don't speak English right?
3rd hurdle was breakfast from 7-9am.
My flight was 8.30am
They arranged for my transfer at 5am. So, do I get to pack my brekkie? Lady said NO
So, I argued and then she showed me a papervag of juice and buns.
This hotel is outdated from the outlook and was originally called Super 8 hotel
Bedroom slippers was not new but rather recycled plastic slippers. Looks so unhygienic to use .
Booked this place due to their airport pick up/drop off that's all.
I'd rather book another hotel if you asked me.

We had an amazing stay this time! First of all, the ocean views from the hotel are unbeatable. We were lucky to have clear, sunny weather, and the sea and sky blended into a brilliant, crystal-clear blue! You can watch the sunrise right from your room's small balcony or take a walk down to the seawall. The hotel has an innovative design—the front desk is on the top floor, and the rooms cascade downwards, meaning every single room faces the ocean. Everywhere you look is a picturesque view, perfect for taking photos, and just completely relaxing. The swimming pool is clean and beautiful, and I loved it! I also brought two elderly family members who are in their 80s, and the young staff members took such attentive care of them over the two days. We had a wonderful time! A fantastic hotel that I highly recommend!

Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

YoYo_6S6JThe Executive Lounge at Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou is excellent. Aside from one staff member who seemed a bit stern, the other service personnel were all incredibly warm and polite, making us feel right at home. The food inside was also fantastic. Although the cocktails were a bit subpar, the overall experience was still very positive, earning high praise from both myself and my boss.
The public area's pool and Jacuzzi experience were also great, and the sauna and warm pool in the changing rooms were equally impressive. The room itself was also quite good.

The front desk service was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was huge and super comfortable. The subway entrance is right downstairs, making transportation and parking very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby.

The location is convenient with handrails nearby, and it's easy to catch a taxi. The room... there is also Joy City shopping mall nearby to explore, and a Hema Fresh supermarket too.
