"Easy to find the location. The owner were very understanding and kind since we arrived almost late from the check in time, they speak english. The view were so beautiful especially at night. There is an in-house police in the building as well as 711 convenience store. And outside there are lots of convenience store to be found. The train station is very near too. And also the elavator is very spacious."

"The room was just right and comfortable! The walls are a bit thin, but that's pretty typical for a hotel. Check-in and check-out were easy. They also offered Japanese language support. However, access from the RED subway line was a bit inconvenient. Since there were no hotel photos, I included a picture of the river near the hotel instead."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. I heard online that it was renovated in 2025, so the facilities are very new and well-maintained. I even spotted an unused electrical box in the bathroom (it seems like they either pulled the wires for an outlet and left it there, or the renovation crew forgot to install the wiring in the bathroom). Overall, I had a good feeling about the place.
I stayed in a superior double room. The bed was on a raised stone platform about five inches high, but it would have been more comfortable if the platform had carpeting. The bathtub faucet was quite slow; it took about 20 minutes or more to fill the tub. Honestly, I'd probably fall asleep waiting for it to fill, and it almost overflowed!
This is the first hotel I've stayed in where the in-room refrigerator was a half-height, household-style fridge, and its cooling performance was excellent. That's definitely worth praising.
I almost forgot to mention: I had some business to attend to in Tainan that day, so I couldn't check in before their 9 PM cutoff. I contacted them immediately, and they were able to process my check-in in advance. The key card was left at the front desk for me to pick up myself. They also offered luggage storage when I left. The service attitude was quite good, but it's a shame there's no restroom in the lobby!
As for the location, it's quite convenient, right off the beautiful Island MRT station. Overall, I'm satisfied, and it definitely improved my impression.
One quick note: the hotel is very close to Liuhe Night Market, just two blocks away, which is super convenient. There's also a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven nearby, so you won't go hungry! 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻"

"The other reviews of this hotel prepared me: Unfortunately, carpeting across the hallways and the rooms can not be good for people with respiratory problems; much dust has accumulated on the floor and corners. A windowed room is a salvation, though I couldn’t open it.
The beddings were very clean and soft. Good AC which has dehumidifying function.
It might be a surprise for some to have toilets and shower as directly open facing the bedroom, but was not a problem with me.
Generally okay as it’s 14min walk to Taipei Main Station and 14 min walk to Ximending. Ok value for money for a solo traveler who would prefer having own toilets.
No breakfast option, but good food is sold in stalls and restaurants in the area.
People should ask hotel if they can pick-up trash daily from the room because this is only upon request.
No smoking area, so risk being caught smoking along the ground-level city street."

Chee Kieong LeongThe cleanliness was acceptable and consistent with the hotel’s facility rating. The location was excellent and suited our needs perfectly, as it is located right next to Taipei Main Station and can be reached in less than a 10-minute walk via the underground passage.
Breakfast is served on the 6th floor, but there is no lift access, which may be inconvenient for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. However, it should not be a problem for younger guests.
Overall, the hotel met our expectations and offered good value for its convenient location.

This hotel is very close to Taipei Main Station. The environment is clean and tidy, and although the facilities are basic, there's a sofa, which is acceptable for the price. The best part is the abundance of food options nearby, excellent transportation links, and it's just a few minutes from the MRT, making it very convenient and great for exploring. I originally booked a windowless room, but the hotel upgraded me to a room with a window, which made for an even more comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

LSYinMeworld Hotel has an excellent and convenient location, just a short walk from Taipei Main Station MRT Exit Z4. It’s especially convenient for travelers going to or coming from the airport, with easy access to transportation.
The room was reasonably clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The main drawback is that the soundproofing is not very good, so you can hear noise from outside the room.
Overall, it’s a practical choice for one-night stays, especially before or after a flight. The location and transportation convenience are the biggest highlights.

The hotel is ok but the room is big. The restaurant in the hotel is a must try. My daughter LOVEs every dishes she ordered. She said, this is the best food she had in Taiwan, so we had two dinners at the hotel. The location of the hotel is not great! We couldn’t get into the local buses to go to Xitou nor to Taichung because the buses were full from the original starting point. However, the hotel offers fare shuttle service to and from Xitou but not Shanlinxi. The front desk lady drove us to Xitou, she was GREAT and very accommodating, she took us to Xitou bus station outside of the normal schedule hours so we can catch the bus back to Taichung. We would come back again with our car to get to different areas in Xitou again.

This time I brought my wife to Taichung for her birthday, and we stayed at the Norway Forest Cultural Center for the first night. We arrived early to drop off our luggage and immediately experienced the friendly and polite service, which made me feel happy and warm. Although there was a minor issue with the air conditioning in our room when we checked in that evening, the front desk manager came up and helped us switch to a larger and more comfortable room. Their service attitude was also super nice. It's no wonder this hotel has reviews above 9 – it's absolutely deserved. If I have the chance to come again, it will definitely be my first choice! 🥰

Guest UserThis is our second time staying in Stat Beauty Hotel for their Luxury Double Room. This time we stay for 4 nights and the location of the hotel is near the MTR station and the night market of Shillin Night Market. It will about 15 - 20 minutes from the hotel walk to the MTR station or take 20 - 26 minutes from the hotel walk to Shillin Night Market.
The room we booked is big enough for us it two persons that stay and the room is nice but the hotel always provide one pillow for one person . If I sleep on the bed with only one pillow then I can see the rooftop and not the TV. I suggest to the hotel to provide two pillows for each person to stay without our request, so that he can watch the TV easily.
The bathroom is big and come with a big bathtub. The water pressure is now t very strong but just good enough for shower.
I would like to make a bit complaint to the old lady for the the housekeeping. She only come to change towels, refill toiletries and thru rubbish only and never do cleaning and arrange the bedding. So on my third day O have towels request to the front seat to tell her to clean our toilet.
Overall we are happy to stay in Star Beauty Hotel and would like to recommend this hotel to other travellers. I will stay again if I come to Taipei in the future.

Anonymous UserThe rooms are clean. You can use the hairdryer for free. There is also free mineral water and snacks every day. You can fill the water in the lobby too. There is a window, but it's not very big. It's close to Main Station, HSR Airport, and the bus station. You can walk there.
There are a lot of food stalls, and the prices are lower than in Ximending.
