Meworld Hotel Taipei Main Station

Location was great can exit mrt z2/z4 Check-in available on 4pm but can deposit the luggage’s service was nice

The hotel is located inside right next to Mitsukoshi, the reception is on the 7th floor. The carpet looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time as it had stains all over and also had a lot of dust Location is convenient, right next to Taipei station with lots of food and bar/pubs around

Overall, this hotel is really good value for the price, especially if you prioritise location and convenience. The room size is decent for what you pay, and the bed and sheets were fairly comfortable. The shower has excellent water pressure, and a bidet is also available. Basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, hot water kettle, mini fridge and hair dryer are provided. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. The biggest advantage is definitely the location. The hotel is right above Taipei Main Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around. There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, and there’s also a large underground mall beneath the hotel/station area, so you have lots of options without needing to go far. The main downsides are that the rooms have no windows, and the soundproofing isn’t the best. You can hear quite a bit of noise from outside the room, so light sleepers may want to take note. That said, considering the price, I think it’s a very good option for a short stay in Taipei. The location and convenience more than make up for the drawbacks, and I would consider staying here again.

Meworld Hotel has an excellent and convenient location, just a short walk from Taipei Main Station MRT Exit Z4. It’s especially convenient for travelers going to or coming from the airport, with easy access to transportation. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The main drawback is that the soundproofing is not very good, so you can hear noise from outside the room. Overall, it’s a practical choice for one-night stays, especially before or after a flight. The location and transportation convenience are the biggest highlights.

Although rooms are quite small,it's relatively worth to stay. Rooms are clean enough. It's near Taipei Main Station and easily accessible to night markets and other acctractions from nearby bus stops.

very dirty and musty hotel, the sheets were also damp, toilet was dirty and basically filled with dust. the only pro is that the location is beside the metro, but everything else is terrible. there is also basically no ventilation at all. there was also a light around the charger area flashing for the entire night periodically, terrible stay would not come back

Budget accommodation with mouldy roof and full of hair carpets. Locations near to local transport facilities. Staffs are friendly and approachable.

The hotel is just outside Taipei Main station. However, it takes about 15 mins by walking to Ximending

The location is very convenient, with Starbucks, convenience stores, and fast-food restaurants all nearby. However, communication with the receptionist was quite difficult. I stayed for four days, and when I called to request a shower gel refill and a bed sheet change, they only replaced the towels each time. The bed sheets were quite old and had several stains. The air conditioning worked well, but the remote control didn’t seem to adjust the temperature properly. The shower had hot and cold water, but the temperature was inconsistent and difficult to balance. The room lighting was also too dim. The Wi-Fi was generally fast, but it wasn’t very reliable, as there were times when the connection became unstable. Overall, I still had a good experience, and I think the hotel offers good value for the money.
