I booked this hotel at random, at the very last moment and without much planning, the only thing a wanted was a bathtub. It exceeded all expectations - nice, cozy and clean, comfortable king-size bed, terrace (bathtub is also great). The owner made sure that I won't be lost, sent me a location to both a parking lot and to an actual hotel, suggested to help with the luggage and even upgraded the room for free. The location is also nice, you can sleep as long as you can and wander around the beautiful ancient city at your pace, no need to hurry or think about transportation. P.S. the kind owner also allowed me to check out a bit later, so I could have an extra time for rest

The B&B environment is pretty good, the surrounding is very quiet, the room is spacious and warm, the facilities are complete, it is very close to Metro Line 4 and scenic spots, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, and they also gave me free water. The next day, I left something in the room and I forgot about it. They took the initiative to contact me to ask if I forgot to take it, and they also helped me mail it. The room is also very clean. This trip to Suzhou is very pleasant. If I come to Suzhou again, I will choose this B&B again.

This is a lovely old mansion in the heart of Suzhou's historical district. It's quite literally in the middle of everything, and so it is easy to get anywhere in Suzhou from this location. The building is so charming! I could feel the history when I walked through the many doors. But the hotel has updated to be modern and comfortable for guests. The staff are so helpful and thoughtful! Breakfast was Chinese food and always delicious. If you stay on the ground floor, you can hear footsteps upstairs very clearly, but if the upstairs neighbors are considerate, is not a problem. This is a wonderful place to stay, and I very much recommend it!!

During the Chinese New Year, my best friends and I chose this single-family house with five bedrooms for a relaxing stay for three days. The boss was very enthusiastic. He added us on WeChat before we went to answer all our questions. He even came out to pick us up when we took the wrong route on the day we arrived. The decoration of each room has its own characteristics, and the location of the hotel is also very good. It is quiet in the bustle. You will not be disturbed by the outside at all when you stay in the hotel. But as soon as you walk out of the alley, you will immediately find a bustling scenic alley, where you can eat and shop. Shop and get it instantly. It is very suitable for the whole family or three or five friends to stay together.

I really loved this place. I had a view over the river and it was a very nice view at night. The hotel phoned me early the morning of my first day of stay to ensure that I did not get lost. I also forgot my charger there so they even sent me this via post back to my home . The location is great as it is just outside of Ancient Town.You basically cross a small bridge from Ancient town and you are there! The nice thing was that you are outside of the hustle and bustle of China Town but still close enough to quickly walkover. The room is great and cosy. I would stay there again.

Chanced upon this lovely boutique hotel and book it immediately for 3 nights stay! No regret~ The staffs are very attentive and always greet you with a big smile. Smart toilet is a must during autumn/winter time! Location is super strategic, next to pin Jiang road for all foods and entertainment. We had great view looking out from our balcony! While it is a good location, it is a walking distance away from car drop off points, beware if you have many luggages. We had only one incidents when next door guest smoked inside the room and the smoke travels to our room through the common air duct. Thanks for the responsive staff who helped us to talk to the next door guest.

Booked Tongli Shuiyunjian for three nights through Ctrip. The B&B is located on the riverside in the center of the scenic area, quiet in the bustling city, and convenient to get in and out. The room is well decorated, neat and clean. The proprietress is very nice and responsive, and is a warm-hearted person. The B&B does not have meals, but there are many farmhouse dishes and private dishes in the ancient town, just a few steps away from the B&B. The farmhouse dishes recommended by the proprietress taste very good. In addition, the private dishes of Cheng'entang deep in the alley are also worth a visit. There is a breakfast street 6 or 7 minutes away from the B&B, with soy milk and fried dough sticks, large and small wontons, various noodles, porridge, etc., which are very rich. I recommend Laijun Dim Sum Shop, which makes breakfast on the spot and sells it on the spot and the shop is very clean.

I booked Lanyuan in Tongli Ancient Town during the Mid-Autumn Festival. The entrance bridge to the ancient town is just a few steps away from the door, which is very convenient. There were still many tourists, and the ancient stage was quite good. The next day, the typhoon passed through. To be honest, her house's architecture and decoration are really hard goods. No matter how windy and rainy it is outside, you can't feel it in the room, or even hear the wind. It's a bit amazing👍 During breakfast, I discussed with the housekeeper whether lunch could be solved in the store. I agreed very readily. A bowl of red soup noodles with stock vegetable stir-fry was delicious. In the evening, a guest ordered a business banquet and helped us contact the chef to order dinner. The hotel-level products were amazing. A boring day in the room ended with a delicious meal. The decoration of the homestay has been seven or eight years old. It is well maintained and there is no trace of time. The housekeeper is very professional. The overall feeling of staying is not inferior to a quality hotel.
