A must try newly opened trendy Art Deco gem!!!

The newly opened Sommerro Hotel in Solli Plass Oslo was a conversion project of the old electricity company. It’s filled with carefully implemented design details in very corner as you manoeuvre in. Tried the afternoon tea set today and was stunt by the matching tailored chair covers and culinary designs. The auto play Steinway Grand piano is also said to be a proud layout. Services are professional and properly trained, (mind you, Norwegian aren’t known for attentive nor up to date standard hospitality manners). Foods are well presented and finally some authentic English High Tea!(high standards for Norway market! ) A definite must Check Out Spot! Shall be back to try out more of the other facilities. #oslo #norway #hightea #afternoontea

🇧🇻☃️ Ride uphill in Oslo and experience snow!

🚋 The Holmenkollen Metro Line (L1) in Oslo is just one of a kind in the world... From the harbour front near Oslo Central Station, it takes only 40 minutes for you to reach the western terminus - Frognerseteren, which is 469m above sea level! 🏞️☃️ #urbanexplorer The metro climbs uphill slowly with lots of twists and turns. What's more, ❄️ snow will gradually appear as you go towards the top of the line 😍 🥾 When you reach the terminus - walk around! There are plenty of natural trails around for you to explore the amazing countryside of oslo. And you can also enjoy the grand panoramic view of the city - straight from the station platform~ 📸 ☃️ In winter, if the weather is good, you can ride here to catch the sunrise as the station is facing east. ☀️ You don't have to wake too early as the sun rises at 9am, but note that the metro only provide half-hourly services in early morning... 🕣 If you have more time, go to Roseslottet 🎨, which is just next to the station~ It's an art museum dedicated to the second world war. Best if you like history 😍 #tripblazers #awesomepic #passionpassport #nationalpark #celebratewithtrip #bucketlistreboot #familytravel #2023旅行願望

A Unique Café Experience at Munch Deli & Coffee 🎨☕🇳🇴

#europetravel If you're visiting the MUNCH Museum in Oslo, don’t miss Munch Deli & Coffee inside! This stylish café offers a fun and artsy menu inspired by the legendary Edvard Munch. One of the highlights? Their "The Scream" cookies, shaped like the iconic artwork! I ordered The Scream cookie and a cup of tea, and it was both delicious and entertaining. The cookie had a nice crunch, and the design made it almost too cool to eat! The café has a relaxed atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the museum. ⭐ Recommended for: Creative and unique menu – Fun treats inspired by Munch’s art. Great location – Conveniently inside the MUNCH Museum, perfect for a break. 📍Address: Edvard Munchs Plass 1, 0194 Oslo, Norway #Oslo #Norway #MUNCHMuseum #ArtLovers

Norway: Exploring the Dreamy Fjords

Norway: Exploring the Dreamy Fjords

🇳🇴 Norway, a dreamy country in Northern Europe, has so much to offer! This trip made me deeply feel the charm of Norway and left me with many unforgettable memories. 🌊 The Stunning Natural Scenery The fjords in Norway are breathtakingly beautiful! I felt like I was in a fairyland when I was on a cruise. The steep cliffs, clear sea, and the beautiful scenery reflected on the water surface, everything was so harmonious and magnificent. The aurora at night was even more amazing. The colorful lights dancing in the night sky seemed to tell me that I had stepped into a dreamy world. 🏞️ The Charm of Culture Norway is not only charming for its natural scenery, but also for its profound culture. The hospitable Norwegians made me feel at home. Walking on the streets of Oslo, I deeply felt the respect and inheritance of history and culture by Norwegians. 🍽️ The Temptation of Food Speaking of Norway, how can we not mention its food? Seafood, cured meat, cheese... every bite is a gift from nature. The baking skills in Norway are even more amazing. The tempting chocolate and waffles are simply irresistible. 💖 In general, this trip to Norway was very rewarding. I fully enjoyed the magnificent nature, felt the charm of Norwegian culture, and tasted authentic food. If you also yearn for such a trip, don't miss Norway!
