Best Zhuhai Spa Hotels

3D2N short stay in this hotel with two kids. Reception staff is nice and helpful, patiently explaining the hotel facilities and the malls. Special thank to staff Aurora, she is nice and kind! Location is 30-45 mins from HZM point, depending on traffic flow. Room is clean and spacious. Swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, are best for kids and the staff are also nice. The mall is under the hotel and so many options of restaurants and playrooms/game facilities available for kids. Would definitely return !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and I can't speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The rooms were immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and featured all the modern amenities one could wish for. The facilities, including the spa and pool, were top-notch and provided a welcome retreat after a day of exploring. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Hedi, the hotel butler. Hedi's attention to detail and commitment to excellence were unparalleled. He anticipated my needs before I even expressed them and ensured that every aspect of my stay was flawless. His warm personality and professional demeanor made me feel genuinely cared for and truly enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. It was an unforgettable stay, and I will definitely return. Spent our time on this rainy weekend at the Penguin hotel. Buffets available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner or other dining options available. Easy access to Ocean Kingdom. You can shuttle to the other hotels, Spaceship, and even cross-border buses available. Check in line was long but efficient. Rooms are very kid-friendly. Not a lot of spoken English but they didn’t lack in customer service. They had a separate space for group check-in. Just beyond that area a cabin for online food orders. Many shops too.

Hotel staff very helpful, English speaking staff only 1 or 2 , Mostly I use the Google Translate.who is vegetarian better find a way for your food other wise not a good option any of Chimelong hotel.they don’t have any vegetarian food in the ocean kingdom or the spaceship park . In hotel you can have a good breakfast which we enjoyed a lot but for kids have to pay 98RMB (for 9 years old and 150 cm tall . Other than the food we enjoyed a lot .

Positives Hotel quality and finishing were top notch, room decoration was impeccable.  They decorated the room for birthday celebration and Terry Our Butler bought in a chocolate cake late night on our return from dinner. The butler service was on the spot this time and even sent my pillow request past midnight The team understood both Cantonese as well as English better compared to the Shenzhen branch Breakfast was decent but seating was Adhoc as they turned the bar area also into breakfast tables so we were a bit cramp. They threw in a welcome drinks as Elite members. however the card had clearly state to submit this at recepy lobby but actually we should have taken it directly down to the 41st floor bar for consumption as they do not deliver this to a bedroom. Two pools on different floors however the indoor pool was 1.4 m deep which was not to child friendly. The indoor pool had a light Jacuzzi and to our surprise the changing room also had Jacuzzi with steam room and hot stone beds for free. The rooftop pool was not heated however they had powerful massage functions. Negatives We booked two rooms, one king and one twin because they only have limited twin rooms we had to be separated on different floor levels. We requested non-smoking rooms and the twin room was not available until very late in the evening for check-in and they kindly extended our stay until 3 pm for both rooms. The location is quite out of stick and the nearest shopping mall is a good 10 minutes walk outdoor. There areas some restaurants at the exhibition centre which am not sure were opened fully.

This hotel is super clean, the services is super good as well. We stayed here for 4 days. Enjoyed the food service , the pool, and room service is amazing. Specially thanks to our floor 16th floor room service staff, very caring and professional job done. Overall was a wonderful stay. Recommend to everyone!

This stay in this hotel really brought me a great surprise. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the extremely warm reception. Peng Peng, the housekeeper, always had a sincere smile on his face, which made people feel like a spring breeze. During the stay, whenever you encounter a problem, the staff can help solve it patiently as soon as possible. The service of this hotel is first-class, which makes me spend an extremely comfortable and comfortable time here. I highly recommend it to everyone!

It is a great choice for family lodging. Great service and great room. Too bad I overpaid the room, when other booking choices are available. No free breakfast, ***. And the free spa isn't so free, I used and walked away with flattened wallet. Damn, better to stay in the room to enjoy the free dated movies.

Booked a family room for 4 adults and stayed for two days one night. Overall, the service was good. Shuttle bus will be provided if booked in advance. Food is fantastic with a wide variety of choices. Staff are enthusiastic to serve you as well. Only improvement is room cleaning has to be enhanced. Saw rubbish left under bedsheet or at the aisle of the bed.

A great location for anyone coming or going from Zhuhai station or entering Macau. The room was comfortable and large! The building is a bit dated but not in a negative way. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend it!
