GGuest User## Facilities: Quite Disappointing
On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was quite late, so I ended up using a bathmat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message when I returned saying it had been resolved. To my dismay, it was blocked again the second day, forcing me to rush out mid-shower to call them.
Additionally, the room phone seemed to have a faulty connection; I kept trying to dial but couldn't get a call through. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite stuffy.
## Service:
During check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor. Well, they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members even came up to demonstrate how to operate the curtains... (a bit excessive!). However, the room service staff were actually very good; they were patient and responded promptly to all my requests.
## Location:
The location is indeed quite out of the way. Taxis are scarce during peak hours, whereas it was much easier to hail a cab at The Londoner during the same times. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with minors, as you'll have to walk a much longer route if you can't cut through the casino. I honestly don't know how people manage to explore all of Macau in a single day. For me, getting back from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even getting to The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I even considered taking a taxi just to get to Wynn.
## Cleanliness:
The cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my throat discomfort was likely related to the carpet.
MM283506****Even though I didn't get to experience any of the special services, my family and I were very happy with our choice this time around. 👍👍👍 The hotel has a British style, the lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are new, clean, tidy, and free of any odd smells. The soundproofing is excellent, and the color scheme is elegant and refined, giving the whole place a grand and comfortable feel. The beds are 1.3 meters wide, which is plenty spacious – much more comfortable than some of the 1.1-1.2 meter ones! The sofa in the living area is also large enough for two people to sleep on. 😆 Especially the bathroom – it's huge, as big as the bedroom, clean, bright, and even has a smart toilet! 👍👍👍 All the snacks in the mini-bar are complimentary (extra items will be charged). You can capture so many beautiful views right outside the hotel entrance. 😁 The service was also excellent! When an issue came up unexpectedly, customer service helped resolve it immediately. 👍👍👍 There's 24-hour dining, so you'll never go hungry, though the prices depend on your personal budget. Overall, I give it a perfect score! 💯
GGuest UserIt was such a pleasant stay at the Okura hotel. We were there to celebrate birthday for 2 family members. The hotel decorated the room and offered a yummy birthday cake and stuffed bears wearing kimono. The kids were so happy. They also accommodated our request to arrange a room close to elevator (literately next to it) to my father-in-law who has reduced mobility. Thomas was supper helpful and nice. There is no in-dining breakfast as the restaurant is under renovation. Would like to come back when it is re-opened.
TTanya:)Our family stay was an absolute delight from start to finish. Traveling with our two children, aged 5 and 10, we were wonderfully cared for by “Jindy” from the Thai Front Office team.
From the moment we checked in, her service was exceptional. She personally arranged for our luggage to be sent to our room, which was a fantastic two-bed room with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a delicious cake and a lovely kid's amenity waiting for us, along with complimentary drinks and snacks in the room.
Jindy was incredibly sweet and courteous, providing us with excellent assistance and thorough information throughout our stay. Her attentiveness was a significant reason our family trip was filled with so much happiness.
We created wonderful memories, from enjoying a ride on the swings together to savoring the delicious Zhen Dim Sum at the hotel. The convenience of having a Don Don Donki supermarket right there for our shopping needs, along with a variety of other shopping options, was a major plus.
The heated swimming pool with its stunning skyline view was the perfect touch, especially considering the very affordable price. For any family planning a trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel
Ccet7The hotel lobby is truly luxurious. In comparison, the rooms are slightly less impressive than the lobby but still perfectly fine. The room service staff are very enthusiastic; they always greet you warmly if you meet them in the hallway. The transportation is very convenient, and it's a short walk to the nearby National Games venues.
AAnonymous UserThe room we chose had an excellent view, and with the current Alice in Wonderland theme, the garden design was truly fantastic. The only thing that bothered me the most was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people talking as they passed by in the corridor, which negatively impacted my sleep quality.
The hotel offers many dining options, and most of the staff were quite friendly. However, on the day we checked out and needed to take the shuttle bus, the attitude of one staff member was so bad that I really wanted to file a complaint. This experience alone is probably why I won't be staying here again. After all, there are so many other choices available.
TTS527Facilities: They have everything you could ask for, including a swimming pool and spa.
Cleanliness: Spotless, no unpleasant odors whatsoever.
Environment: The surrounding area is incredibly convenient, with entertainment venues, cinemas, and shopping malls all nearby. There's also a Don Quijote with great prices, so you don't need to make a separate trip for Japanese goods.
Service: Extremely responsive to all requests, very satisfied. The only minor point is that some staff members' Mandarin isn't great, so you might need to speak English. The breakfast spread is fantastic, offering both Chinese and Western options, so you're sure to find something you like.
GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at the resort! It is 2 blocks away from the main strip and a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, I got food poisoning on the first night and the staff did a great job of assisting me with getting health care. The mall attached to the hotel is very convenient and has alot of facilities. I would say be careful of some of the restaurants I believe I got food poisoning from one in the mall. Also, if you are travelling from the HZMB (Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge) the hotel next door Grand Lisboa has free shuttles and very near the Lisboeta. Overall, it was worth the price and I would stay there again just wary of the food.
AAfsaantjeI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The lobby was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were very professional and welcoming. The room exceeded my expectations — spacious, clean, and elegantly designed.
The hotel offers several restaurants, and we tried one of them during our stay. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. You truly experience the luxury you’re looking for here.
Another great feature was the shuttle service to various locations, which made getting around so convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
GGuest UserWe booked a triple room for convenience, but it turned out to be exceptionally small. The window offered a view of tightly packed residential buildings, reminiscent of the old Kowloon Walled City, making it impossible to open the curtains. Despite being a triple room, only two tooth mugs were provided. When we asked the front desk, they directed us to housekeeping, who explained that while three sets of toiletries were given, their policy stipulated only two tooth mugs per room.
Then, in the middle of the night, the air conditioning broke. A technician worked on it for nearly an hour, but by 1 AM, it still wasn't fixed, and we were simply given a fan. At checkout, there was no apology or explanation whatsoever regarding the AC problem. To add insult to injury, upon checking out, we realized one room key card was missing, and they immediately charged us 50 RMB, citing their policy. It really feels like these rules are only for guests!
