Landlord was very helpful, kittens were super cute. Location is close to food and bus station. Room was satisfactory, tho one of the ac leaked on the bed.

You get what you pay for, which is not much. Upon arriving, there is no sign that says 'Luyao Inn'. The sign is in Chinese characters. We were dragging our suitcases up and down the alley when the host finally came out. The room was on the second floor (4 flight of stairs) and there are no elevators. We had 4 suitcases and we did not receive help getting those up. The room was small, as indicated in the description. You get two bottles of water, toothbrushes and shower gel, shampoo and a small roll of toilet paper. None of those were replaced. We ran out of water and toilet paper and had to get our own. The host was barely around for us to ask. In any case, those are things that are usually replenished on a daily basis, without needing to ask. There is a kettle. No slippers. The shower and the toilet are in the same unit, therefore everything gets wet when you shower. You get shower slippers that have been used by others and do not look the best. The wall paper is also coming off the walls. The curtain was broken. The bedding had a weird sweat smell. The host was polite but does not speak English. You can communicate with them on wechat. The location is convenient, very close to the cableway station to Tianmen mountain. On our way out, there was someone else working, he helped us with our suitcases. To conclude, one can make do with the the space but do not go in with a lot of expectations (especially if you are used to Chinese hotels that give great service and hospitality).

The hotel is very good. The style is what I like. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows are very unique. I remember that when I stayed here before, the room was equipped with central air conditioning. Now the room has an independent cabinet. The air conditioning effect is quite good. The room is large and the bed is large. It is spacious for friends to live. It is cost-effective and convenient to travel. There are parking spaces. It is mainly close to the scenic spot. When I came back from the tour, the room was cool and relieved the fatigue of the day. At around 8 o'clock in the evening, there were hotel staff who personally brought us the mung bean paste they cooked themselves. It was so thoughtful and touching. It was very quiet to fall asleep at night without any noise. The front desk service is very humane and takes care of the needs of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay.

For local snacks, be sure to go to Hourong Street and take a taxi with Didi (when calling a taxi, the destination must be: Hourong Street Kou Duck Bawang). Since some roads around Hourong Street are closed, the destination can be entered directly into Hourong Street. Walk more. The Xiangxi ** crispy rice on that street and the jasmine-flavored jars of roasted milk are very unique and delicious. It's already 21 o'clock, so you don't have to go into the Seventy-Two Wonderful Buildings. If you have time, you can check out the night view, which is very exciting. Recommended to stay, the boss is very enthusiastic and considerate. I was given a free room upgrade, the room is clean, tidy, warm and comfortable. He also explained the Tianmen Mountain tourist route to me. It is very close to the cable car station and has convenient transportation. You can get there by going downstairs. There is a snack street downstairs. It is a great travel experience🌹🌹

Well located near the Tianmen Mountain cable way and it makes it convenient place for tourists. Room is cozy and clean. Owner of the hotel is really friendly and helpful. She speaks good english and provided detailed information about main attractions and tips on how to go around. She got us 4-day discounted tickets for Zhangjiajie Forest Park and explained how to explore the park to get the best out of it. Even after checking out from the hotel she helped us to book tickets to Tianmen Mountain and allowed us to keep our luggages in the hotel. I highly recommend this place to tourists.

It's very close to Tianmen Mountain. You can get there in no time by taking the cable car down and walking across the road. The room is clean and has no odor. The boss is very nice. We went to Fenghuang Ancient Town and stored our suitcases here. He also helped us buy tickets for Tianmen Mountain. It's very good. I will recommend friends who come to Tianmen Mountain to stay here. The food in the nearby restaurants is also delicious👍

The room is big, the bed is clean, the hotel is just behind the cableway, it is very convenient to queue up for the cableway, and it is also very convenient to go to the 72 Wonders Building. There are many foods downstairs, and the boss is friendly.
