The hotel is located in the heart of Hailar District (No. 23 Shengli Street, under the Central Bridge on the east bank of the Yimin River), offering convenient transportation and panoramic views of the cityscape and riverside scenery. The 11-story building features smart rooms throughout, with its star room types being the "Aurui View Rooms" and "Themed Family Rooms," catering to both business and family travel needs. The design ingeniously blends the cultural essence of the Mongol Yuan Dynasty with modern European styles, creating a unique aesthetic experience. Aurui Breakfast Restaurant (1st floor): Serves a fusion buffet breakfast with Western Mongolian flavors to kickstart your day. The outdoor courtyard on the first floor hosts the Aurui Concert every night at 8 PM, a must-visit spot for tea, relaxation, and photo opportunities. Amenities include a 24-hour self-service laundry, gym, and multifunctional reception hall, ensuring convenience and peace of mind. Thoughtful details are evident throughout.

"Six months later, I returned to the Airen Wenhua Hotel, and the experience was as warm and welcoming as ever. After finishing my business that day, I drove over 300 kilometers back to Hailar and checked into the Airen Wenhua Hotel. It was pouring rain, and I was dusty and tired from the journey, burdened with heavy luggage. After such a long drive, it's easy to feel mentally exhausted and flustered. The moment I arrived at the hotel, I was deeply touched by the warm service. The doorman proactively stepped forward to open the door and thoughtfully helped with my luggage. The room manager, along with the service team and interns, gently and meticulously assisted with the check-in process. They even remembered me as a returning guest and treated me with extra care. Knowing I had a lot of luggage, the staff helped me all the way to my room, ensuring I was comfortably settled, truly embodying what 'feeling at home' means. The entire check-in process was efficient and smooth, calm and orderly throughout, without delaying my itinerary or causing any rush. The hotel room's environment and cleanliness were outstanding as always. The bedding was clean and soft, and the hot water flowed quickly with ample pressure, providing an excellent experience for those who love to shower. The overall living comfort was exceptional. The quality of the hotel's breakfast was consistently excellent, with the signature roasted lamb leg having an authentic flavor (especially the high-quality chive flowers). My taste buds truly enjoyed the local specialties. This year, they've even added an executive lounge afternoon tea service, with exquisite and delicious small cakes that bring joy. The view from the executive floor window is expansive. This time, I happened to experience Hailar's rare spring hailstorm. The wind howled and rain and hail mixed outside the window, but inside, I felt warm and secure, quietly appreciating the outdoor scenery – a truly therapeutic atmosphere. The hotel offers exceptional value for money. Its management system is well-established, and the service team is highly professional. During meal times at the restaurant, the hotel's excellent manager personally oversaw operations, meticulously observing guests' dining experiences and the quality of the food. He warmly welcomed every guest, with thoughtful details visible everywhere. In the evenings and mornings, I took leisurely strolls in the nearby Yimin River Riverside Park (just downstairs), enjoying the tranquil scenery of this northern city. Amidst the hustle and bustle of travel, this hotel serves as a stable and healing haven, my most reassuring resting stop on my trips to and from Hailar. The overall experience is perfect, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating. Hailar city isn't large, so getting around by taxi from this hotel is very convenient (via Didi). Most destinations are just a starting fare away. You can easily go to various places to sample Hailar's specialty foods, such as Luburi Russian cuisine, Junxiangyuan hot pot lamb, Yonglan pies, Zhaoxingjia large-slice grilled meat, Nuomintala pot tea, and more. The downstairs parking lot is very convenient, making it car-friendly."

"Traveling with family, we booked a suite and it was incredibly spacious, with two bathrooms which was very convenient. There was also a separate living area. Although it's an older five-star hotel (some prefer modern design, but I lean towards classic styles), the facilities are still very well-maintained and up-to-date. The service was exceptional, from the doorman at the entrance, to the front desk during check-in, and even at the restaurant – everyone provided warm and enthusiastic service. Because the Executive Lounge was undergoing renovations, the hotel generously upgraded the Executive benefits to a buffet dinner, which was a very classy move. The restaurant service was excellent, and the variety of food was impressive. A special thank you to Assistant Director Song from the F&B department for their warm and thoughtful service. Also, a shout-out to the chef who makes the shumai for breakfast – it was delicious! And the Inner Mongolian milk tea was fantastic!"

According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

"Extremely satisfied! Although the price was a bit high, it was definitely worth it. First, a special thanks to the short-haired female supervisor at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, patient, and thorough, answering every question we had. My daughter carelessly lost a jacket, and she actively helped us communicate and search for it, and it was eventually found (girls love beauty, and her favorite cosmetics were inside). Other hotel staff were also very welcoming; every staff member we encountered during our stay was able to answer our questions and seriously respond to all our inquiries. Second, from the moment we entered the resort's reception center, there was always a dedicated hotel staff member guiding us. The most convenient aspect was that, apart from occasional self-funded activities, almost everything else had a dedicated guest channel. When you see the long queues of tourists at the actual sites, you'll realize how friendly and necessary this service is. It saves you a lot of time to enjoy other activities. Then there's the dining. All three meals were included, and they weren't just some perfunctory, unknown drinks. The main dishes were also very diverse and abundant. After a day of fun, you could return to the hotel and relax at the bar, enjoying free-flow drinks with a live musician. Finally, the room wasn't huge, but it was compact and tidy. I had also looked up other hotels in the area at the time, and this one felt excellent. The evening party and fireworks on the island created an amazing atmosphere. Due to the weather, we couldn't experience stargazing in the desert or the sunrise over the sand dunes, or the desert hiking with sound, which was a slight regret. If our later itinerary hadn't already been fully booked, we definitely would have stayed at this hotel for another two or three days. On the first day, we played at Xiansha Island, and on the second day, Yuansha Island. In a word: Worth every penny. If your budget allows, I highly recommend this hotel."

All the furnishings in the room were excellent. We even received complimentary fruit and a free room upgrade. Given how dry the weather is in Hulunbuir, it was a pleasant surprise to find a humidifier in the room. The hotel's location is also fantastic, right next to a famous Western restaurant. "Facilities: Well-equipped, comfortable, and easy to use. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with prompt customer service responses. Environment: Great location, right next to Wanda Plaza for a stroll, and authentic Mongolian restaurants just a few minutes away. Service: The service was absolutely fantastic! 👏 Because we felt so comfortable, we extended our stay for another night. One evening, after returning from a scenic spot, the restaurant manager specifically waited for us, knowing we'd be back for dinner. We ended up eating until closing time, and the service remained consistently excellent from start to finish. The Western restaurant also has a play area for kids, which was great for my younger brother during meals. There was also a short-haired, round-faced front desk staff member who spoke very gently and patiently explained everything from beginning to end, even though I had many questions. This shows that their excellent service isn't just an individual thing, but reflects a high-quality brand with thorough internal training! Definitely worth choosing!"

Cleanliness: Even though it's an older, established Chinese brand hotel, the cleanliness has always been exceptionally well-maintained. The room was full of thoughtful touches; as soon as I entered, I noticed the turndown service with milk 🥛, which immediately made a great impression. Service: The service was exceptionally gentle and friendly, truly making guests feel at home. When the security staff needed to move my car, they were also very polite and courteous, not making me feel uncomfortable at all. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Next time I'm in Hohhot, I'll definitely stay here again!

This was the only 5-star hotel in Hohhot available in early August that could accommodate two adults and two children. The facilities are quite old; you'd be hard-pressed to find a hotel in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang region that hasn't been renovated in so many years. Each room comes with four bottles of purified water. The minibar had no drinks, only instant coffee and teabags. Breakfast was not included. It cost 108 per adult and 80 per child daily. The shaomai and lamb soup at breakfast were delicious, but other than that, the Chinese food options were very limited. The swimming pool was decent, not crowded, and the service was good. Even though the accommodation was rather mediocre, the areas around Hohhot are a lot of fun, and Hongshiya is definitely worth a visit.

Highly recommend! This was my first time in Hohhot, and I came specifically for Zhou Shen's concert. Upon check-in, they gave me so much merchandise: two beautiful Keke Mongolian robes, a stack of transparent cards, and a great energy pack. The hotel's facilities are super new, and breakfast was also excellent. It's very close to the Inner Mongolia Museum and the airport. Due to my tight schedule, I only managed to visit the Chifeng Grassland. I'll have to come back another time to explore other grasslands, and when I do, I'll definitely stay here again!

Traveling with my child during the summer for the first time in Inner Mongolia, I unexpectedly had to work overtime, pulling all-nighters and dealing with travel fatigue, which led to a bout of acute enteritis. Thankfully, I chose this hotel. Both the facilities and services are excellent, especially the staff – they are incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastic. Facilities: Although a bit dated, they are well-maintained. Sheraton used to be a guarantee of quality. Hygiene: Decent enough. Environment: This was a bit disappointing. After reading reviews for hotels in Hohhot, many mentioned strong cigarette smells, so I specifically asked Ctrip to arrange a non-smoking room before arriving. Upon check-in, I asked the front desk if it was a non-smoking room, and the young lady immediately said, without hesitation, that all their rooms were non-smoking. After a long journey, I thought I could finally relax. Unfortunately, as soon as I entered the room, a strong smell of smoke hit me. The frustration I felt at that moment! 💢 I immediately contacted the front desk to see if I could change rooms, and again, without hesitation, they said there were no rooms available. It was only after I contacted Ctrip that they said a change could be arranged. But I had already unpacked my luggage and didn't want to bother with moving again. I'm very grateful to the bellboy who helped with my luggage and accompanied me to see a room on the 16th floor. Honestly, I didn't want to trouble the cleaning staff to clean again 🧹. If the hotel had carefully considered the guest's needs from the beginning, all this hassle could have been avoided. Service: The service was satisfactory. The charging stations outside the hotel entrance are also convenient for electric car owners to recharge. Little horse doll (random color): Brown 🐎

My recent stay at the Howard Johnson Plaza Erdos (Civic Center Branch) for my trip to Ordos far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it. The hotel is conveniently located near the Civic Center, making it easy to get around for appointments. The surrounding area is quiet and clean, offering a peaceful retreat in the midst of the city, ensuring a good night's sleep. The lobby boasts an elegant and grand design, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, the process was efficient and smooth. Any requests were handled promptly, which made for a very comfortable experience. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, leading to an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, with stable hot water and a full range of toiletries. The facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning and internet worked perfectly, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast spread was extensive, a mix of Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, catering to various tastes. The hotel as a whole was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The value for money is top-notch in the area. It's an ideal choice for both business travelers and families. The service, environment, and comfort all met my satisfaction, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Ordos.

Coming to Ordos to see a play, I chose this renowned five-star hotel, and I truly felt it was worth the trip. The room was very spacious, and the view outside the window was absolutely beautiful, with a seating area perfect for a short rest. The long table under the TV was also very convenient to use. The yurt-style canopy over the bed immediately gave it a strong sense of ethnic and regional charm. It’s also worth mentioning that they provided welcome fruits and a souvenir gift. The breakfast restaurant is on the 2nd floor and can accommodate many people dining at once, so there's no waiting for a table. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, with many Inner Mongolian regional specialties like milk tea and meat shaomai. The taste was authentic, allowing me to enjoy breakfast while also experiencing the unique culture of Inner Mongolia. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
