Yasmine Hammamet Hotels with Airport pickup service

Large hotel well located on the coast of Hammamet, the children took advantage of the heated swimming pool, great entertainment in the evening around the swimming pool and also inside, the food was good, however the staff were not very smiling, not very welcoming and not available, the rooms and bedding that makes you want to sleep, tv from the old millennium and the bathroom that has no have the category of a 4 * and they need to be renovated.

The hotel has amazing housekeeping and server . There buffet has a variety of delicious food. On top of that , the hotel rooms give off a cozy atmosphere with really comfortable beds and good wifi service . Finally the party at night was fun to attend it had a mix of tunisian and western music . I really enjoyed my stay here with my family and id love to come back again next holiday .

The hotel environment is first-class and the sea view room price is very favorable. It is recommended to stay. The only unpleasant thing is that when checking in, the receptionist insists that you send him a confirmation email for the reservation. This is very strange. No hotel has such a requirement, and giving him a screenshot of the reservation is not enough.

i go to this hotel every year. Menara Hotel is a very good hotel, the cleanliness is exceptional, the staff are always very helpful and friendly and can't do enough for you, from managers to the general staff. I go all inclusive, the food is good, as is the choices of drinks available.. I love it, and will be booking for next year. Avoid this hotel at all costs. When I arrived, I was advised my room wouldn't be ready. They invited me to have some lunch, come back and it would be sorted. When I went back, it was the same story. Told come back an hour later, same story. It was around 3hrs after I arrived that I was able to get into my room. The room itself was absolutely shocking. The decor was like something from the 80s, there was a burn in the carpet where someone had left an iron on it, the bathroom was disgusting and hadnt been cleaned properly, when I took a shower, the bath filled with water due to issues with drainage. All in all, the room left a lot to be desired. The food was also disappointing. After the 3rd day, I stopped eating at the restaurant as it had given me an upset stomach. The bar was basic. Drinks were served in paper cups and served one at a time. I would have had my drink finished by the time I went back to the pool and would need to go back. It felt as if the staff thought the were doing you a favour by doing their jobs and did not make me feel welcome. The staff gave no information about any of the services provided and I felt like I was left to myself to figure the hotel out. I would not go back to this hotel and would implore anyone who is considering it to reconsider.

Never seen an awfull hotel like this in my life.. dirty rooms insects bad smell of carpets always making noise TV is not working ... same food everyday .. the receptionist is always mad even the security guy Infront of the front door is always mad .. this is scam am not going to mention the pool very dirty and they don't have where to sit on the beach they tried to scam me .. please keep your money and don't go to this horrible place I do have videos and pictures . Save your money and go somewhere else . Be aware of what you saw here it's totally different .

Honest Review - Will state good and bad points and you can decide Service was good Pool area and garden is beautiful and clean Lovely breakfast Room is clean and no bugs in bed Room service is rubbish and limited choices Room next door was super noisy Reception phone in toilet so its a hastle if you want to call them as you have to keep going bathroom - man couldn’t hear my husband so most of the time he went downstairs to talk to them Cant bring food in from outside No complimentary water at all not even on arrival We arrived early and had to wait till 2pm to check in - Other places complimentary check you in early as they understand you have travelled hours Nobody speaks or understands english and that gets frustrating Overall definitely not a 5 star hotel more so a 3 star hotel. Still a good experience however I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hasdrubal Thalassa & Spa Yasmine Hammamet indeed is one of the best hotels in Hammamet. We were greeted with lovely flowers and refreshing lemonade on arrival. The staff here is literally the best! Our suite was huge, me and my friend had separate bedrooms with a private balcony and even private bathrooms and toilets and we shared a gorgeous living room with another terrace with a lovely view to the Mediterannean. The food here was delicious, we loved the iftar experience at one of their restaurants. But the best part was the SPA experience. We had the best massages and procedures here. We took their signature procedure and it was totally worth it! Can't recommend it enough!

Just returned from our first trip to Tunisia ... We loved it Hotel paradis palace in hammamet Staff very welcoming and friendly the hotel is very clean and kept this way by a team of people from housekeeping to gardeners to pool attendants Rooms Rooms are clean and comfortable Pools Plenty of beds the pool guy will always be around to help with mats Waiter service around the pool and of an evening ....zied will never let your drink run low very attentive Beach The beach is kept clean and looked after by a team down there happy to help with beds and mats We did the parachute glide for 90 dinar for 2 amazing they also have other water activities There is a beach bar you can pay for cocktails and also an a la carte menu we went down there of an evening after 11 be warned it can be a messy night 😅 Restaurant Food is really good bbq of a lunch time and grill is on of an evening always something to find to eat for the fussy eaters Waiter service excellent Muhammed looked after us each time Animation team Some great shows by the team scooby was amazing doing the Michael Jackson show and the lion King also but Dido and bobo made it for us with us having no kids they still both made an effort to interact with us great team be good if offered an evening programme of shows for the couples with no children of a night maybe quiz nights karaoke down in the beach bar for those not wanting to go do party dances etc but these guys don't stop !! Out and about Yasmin there is a English pub called rovers return under the mauradi Hotel run by Dawn who will be happy to send a taxi for you if u contact her via Facebook it will also bring you back she does English meals and full English breakfast there is also a place called steak and cheese worth a visit Book the quads with aziz was really good enjoyed it and good price too Overall we had a really good time and met some great people and we will defiantly be returning Thank you for having us and making us feel welcome
