i go to this hotel every year. Menara Hotel is a very good hotel, the cleanliness is exceptional, the staff are always very helpful and friendly and can't do enough for you, from managers to the general staff. I go all inclusive, the food is good, as is the choices of drinks available.. I love it, and will be booking for next year. According to Tunisia’s location, architecture, and friendliness, the room is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The room is large and clean (I pay tribute to Faïza, the maid like a bee, and look at the cleanliness of the room And I thank her for the maintenance of the technicians, because they repaired the heating, they are very smiling and friendly, in addition to the Moorish cafe (I invited her as many as her colleagues), a group of young people also appeared in the animation. In the restaurant, the staff is the most helpful, and the dishes are varied, especially the ”Lemlaoui” dishes made by ladies. On the other hand, the windows of the rooms are very windy due to the lack of seams.

Honest Review - Will state good and bad points and you can decide Service was good Pool area and garden is beautiful and clean Lovely breakfast Room is clean and no bugs in bed Room service is rubbish and limited choices Room next door was super noisy Reception phone in toilet so its a hastle if you want to call them as you have to keep going bathroom - man couldn’t hear my husband so most of the time he went downstairs to talk to them Cant bring food in from outside No complimentary water at all not even on arrival We arrived early and had to wait till 2pm to check in - Other places complimentary check you in early as they understand you have travelled hours Nobody speaks or understands english and that gets frustrating Overall definitely not a 5 star hotel more so a 3 star hotel. Still a good experience however I wouldn’t stay here again.

I do not usually do reviews but I feel obliged to help fellow travellers make an informed decision based in truth and from a fellow African. BTW as if today I'm still here at the hotel writing this lol 1. Customer service: Reception staff are brilliant apart from one guy in the morning that can be more welcoming and warmer towards people approaching the desk. The rest of the staff are excellent especially the Animation team(without these guys your hotel is dead in the water and I sincerely mean that Rocky and team are brilliant and a joy to talk to) One short stocky waiting staff working inside the main restaurant ruined my dining experience and honestly I'm surprised that man still works there. 2. Food: excellent and different every night, cannot fault it and could not expect more from a 4 Star hotel. 3. Rooms: very clean and the cleaning lady do a good job and are very attentive so well done, blackout blinds are a plus, travelling with a baby I have to say this helped as we both literally slept in everyday👏 4. Pool and beach: Swimming pool both indoor and outdoor for October can be more warmer given the temperature drops. The beach is good for walks but with lack of proper umbrella shelter I doubt anyone wants to go out to the beach perhaps something different is done earlier in the year but for off-season I didn't fancy it. 5. Spa: Lastly I want to comment on the best spa I have ever seen anywhere in the world due to the sheer size of it and value for money. £80 package is ridiculously cheap. You get a mad scrub, sauna, hydro jet jacuzzi experience, an hour massage and and almost an hour facial. This is ridiculous but I'm not complaining as I was very impressed and compared to anywhere else you would not find a better price.

Goodbye to all, The hotel is excellent, rooms, food and staff, the only negative point is the full pension, you have the right to three services, breakfast, lunch and evening, otherwise at the bar and the beach everything is paying.

Hasdrubal Thalassa & Spa Yasmine Hammamet indeed is one of the best hotels in Hammamet. We were greeted with lovely flowers and refreshing lemonade on arrival. The staff here is literally the best! Our suite was huge, me and my friend had separate bedrooms with a private balcony and even private bathrooms and toilets and we shared a gorgeous living room with another terrace with a lovely view to the Mediterannean. The food here was delicious, we loved the iftar experience at one of their restaurants. But the best part was the SPA experience. We had the best massages and procedures here. We took their signature procedure and it was totally worth it! Can't recommend it enough!
