對於這次網上預訂酒店有一些感慨：我在延安天和酒店的前台在去哪網上預訂酒店，不知道為啥就把我定位到這個酒店了，沒仔細看就直接下單了，前台等了一會説沒有看到預訂訊息，我看了訂單才發現位置錯了，然後趕緊取消重新下單，申請取消的時候才知道預訂的酒店訂單確認後就不能取消，如果取消就要扣除全部預付款，我不知道這樣的條款是不是屬於不合理規定，但今早去哪兒網幫我聯繫了酒店，最終扣除了20%預售款，希望大家在網上預訂酒店的時候看仔細些吧，不要跟我一樣馬虎，也謝謝天和酒店的理解
