Amazing hotel with superb facilities. Best breakfast buffet we had anywhere in China. We used the pool, sauna, steam, gym, ping pong, and billiards facilities, and got nails done at the salon. Everything was great, and the staff was always super friendly. Likewise in the ******* cultural goods shop and at the concierge desk. All around excellent stay.

There is an underground parking lot for convenient parking, the room is clean, the surrounding environment is good, it deserves to be the best in Xining, the breakfast is very average, the service staff has a weak sense of service, they did not take the initiative to open the door when getting off the car, help with the luggage, the front desk did not smile, and the housekeeper was like a non-existent.

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

The beauty at the front desk was very good. With so many people storing their luggage, she could remember which luggage belonged to which person. She had a great memory. I stayed here for one night on October 2nd and felt good. I booked here again on October 5th after returning from Qilian. On the 5th, the girl at the front desk reminded me of the discount on the room rate, which saved me a lot. This was really good. The front desk also upgraded me to a view room with a nice view outside the window, which was a small park. The room was very large and comfortable. I came to play during the National Day holiday, and the room was not cold at all. The temperature was suitable. There were welcome fruits, and the variety was very rich. The big tea table was very practical. The breakfast was also good, and there was no additional charge for children under 1.4 meters. I ordered takeout in the evening, but the robot didn't deliver it all, so the waiter delivered it himself. The overall service was very good. The hotel is not far from Xining Zoo, and I took my baby to the zoo by the way, which was quite fun. It is also not far from Xining High-speed Railway Station.

The location of the Boli Yabu Hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of shops around. Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from the receptionist Xiao Yang. She helped us with the check-in and showed us the room. We also got a free upgrade to room with a nice view. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a free welcome snack and some fruits. We would definitely recommend the hotel and book it again when returning to Xining.
