Amazing hotel with superb facilities. Best breakfast buffet we had anywhere in China. We used the pool, sauna, steam, gym, ping pong, and billiards facilities, and got nails done at the salon. Everything was great, and the staff was always super friendly. Likewise in the ******* cultural goods shop and at the concierge desk. All around excellent stay.

It was a pleasant surprise from the moment we arrived! The warm and professional service of the front desk staff Liu Yuanli made us feel like spring breeze. The room design combines style and comfort, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and you can enjoy the beautiful city night view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. I especially like the details of the bathroom space - high-end toiletries, constant temperature showers and fluffy bathrobes that are changed daily make people completely relaxed. The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of Tangdao and Wanda, and the surrounding food recommended by the concierge is also amazing. Whether it is the rich buffet breakfast in the morning or the 24-hour responsive room service, it shows the delicate service quality of a five-star hotel. Looking forward to experiencing it again next time!

GGuest UserExcellent location close to shopping and subway, heart of town. The lovely staff especially the housekeeping team at Floor 9B and the courteous and helpful staff at the restaurant. We loved the complimentary tea breaks and 银耳汤 and did lots of laundry as they thoughtfully provided 3 machines and a dryer in their laundry room. We had just spent 8 dusty days travelling Qinghai and Gansu so this amenity is such a blessing before we continue our journey to Shanghai.
What I didnt like was that the hotel was located in a building shared with a few other hotels and lots of offices so the lift has lots of other people sharing and somehow isnt private and is slow. Also to hail a cab, you need to go out to the main road because the building has no driveway.
But for the price we pay, the value way exceeds the cons.

HhufreeElton International Hotel, a truly phenomenal experience. After a long tedious journey, its always nice to enjoy a soft bed. Now the service, of two weve interacted with Lisa and David were both really enthusiastic, david helped with luggages and inquirys on covid measures, and lisa provided assitance in hotel service and food recommnedation in the beautiful city of 西宁. Great experience!

GGuest UserIt's pretty good. The location is also good. It's very close to the China South-to-North Water Diversion Group and Ruipeng Pet Hospital. There are also taxis on the side of the road. After eating, you can take a walk near Beichuan Wanda in Beichuan River Wetland Park. You can still sleep in bed. It's quite comfortable, and you don't have to go downstairs to get takeout, there is a robot delivering it upstairs! In the afternoon, a humidifier will be provided if necessary. I will be contacted by a guest service manager named Jessica. She will ask my needs in advance. Knowing that it is my first time to stay, I will send you the specific location, local weather, and how to find free parking. I think he is very attentive. There is also a handsome guy in the lobby on the second floor. He has a round face and is very cute, but I don’t know his name. Every time I see someone coming, he smiles sweetly and says hello. I I feel like seeing his smile when you walk in the door makes you feel good!

GGuest UserCentrally located in a high rise building but busy. The room is small and breakfast is served with a budget hotel. Food is basic and and seats are crowded. What troubled me is my prepaid online advanced booking for a business room. When checked in at 9pm, front desk could not find my booking and took 20 minutes to find out the back office had made a mistake. My prepaid business room was occupied by another guest and I was given a standard room without any compensation. As it's late in the evening, I have no choice but accepted it. The hotel owed me an explanation

Rraind1981The bathroom is really great, it feels like it has been refurbished. The decoration and furniture are a bit outdated, especially the sofa which is a bit off. In addition, the reception hall is a bit dark, and there are only 1 to 2 service staff. But considering the price-performance ratio, it is quite good. If you want to make big money, you can change the lobby first.

AAixiaodedamifenThe hotel is right next to Tongmeng Paradise. It is now off-season and there are fewer people. It is very quiet to live. The parent-child room is very suitable for bringing children to experience, and the theme is well arranged. The room is also very large. The whole room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep. High and low beds are estimated to be more popular with children if they are equipped with slides. Outside the balcony is the hotel's water park. But it's too cold to experience. Hotel breakfast may not be a lot because there are fewer people, but the taste and quality are not bad.
