The first reason for choosing this hotel is because the evaluation on the selected platform is very good. The young lady at the check-in front desk poured tea. Secondly, she warmly reminded us that if we drove over, we could pick up free parking at the front desk and send breakfast. I deliberately started to eat Xiangxiang rice noodles in the restaurant early. I made a small suggestion. If you have some coffee, it is more perfect. The room is spacious. It is recommended that the room has a purifier. The air is very good. I sleep very quietly.

The room is large and clean, parking is convenient, and there is a small opening and closing of the curtains. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, the beauty at the front desk was not enthusiastic at all and the service was not good enough. The girl at the front desk was different when I checked out the next day. She greeted me with a smile and answered me patiently. Consulting matters. Overall the hotel is very good.

從辦理入住開始説起吧。四天兩次入住簡途，前台給我的感覺是受過較好的訓練，言行舉止都很得體，如微笑服務、雙手遞物、奉茶服務等等；入住過程客房阿姨的問候聲也非常恰當，雖然第二次入住不如第一次，但是也可能是我到店時間較晚阿姨做房比較累了，聲音小了點但是也有所體現因此可以理解；這家簡途的特點在於服務，設定在床頭的服務二維碼可以説是這家店最大的優勢，通過酒店員工較高的服務意識進一步放大，如24小時的洗衣服務、一些較為貼心的生活用品等等。內部設施方面的話對於一家開業近6年的店也沒什麼挑剔的，唯一不足是水温可能低了點，但也屬於可接受範圍。每一處細節決定酒店的品質，也能看出酒店管理層的水平，如果在湘潭要評出一箇中端酒店第一名的話，這家簡途當之無愧
