Cleanliness: quite clean, only lack of maintenance, parts of the bathroom are starting to crust even though they are still thin.
Service: friendly, but not very professional, many people are seen playing with their cellphones in public areas.
Facilities: complete, there is a swimming pool on the 5th floor with a comfortable vibe for relaxing, but there is not enough lighting at night. If you add hanging cafe lights, it would be even more beautiful.
Suggestion: with a decent investment, it can be maximized from the employee side to work more professionally than playing on the phone, it's better to use the time for general cleaning.
Promotional hotel photo tags on Instagram are good, especially when applied when guests check-in, they can be re-voiced. I've tried to join the promo but only received a response when I checked out.
