"The hotel's location is a bit out of the way; it definitely doesn't feel like a 5-star property. I'm not sure how Trip.com rated it. I'd say it's more like a 3-4 star hotel. The duvet and pillows didn't feel clean enough, as if they aren't changed very often. On the plus side, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel staff provided thoughtful service. Even when I checked out at 5 AM, they still arranged breakfast for me."
