Mizner Place at Weston Town Center

After 30 years of traveling on our timeshares this complex is one of the bottom 5. This is a property that would be fine for a 1-2 night stay but not a “vacation” stay. I booked from our Diamond/Hilton ownership and traded in through our destination exchange. It was very disappointing and so glad we had stayed elsewhere during our first 10 days. Although the furnishings were fine the smell was musty , the patio/deck was disappointing with a small plastic table set facing a busy street no vacation feel, they no longer provide toiletries which has never happened in our 30 years, they have wall hairdryers like you see maybe still at motel 6, the floor’s were dirty, some closet doors could not be opened, the pool although okay seemed poorly placed with sun on one side! The decorations were something you’d see at grade school, the activities/tour person doesn’t work weekends! When checking in we were told we had the largest best room as it was a lock off 2 bedroom. Then to find we had to open 3 doors to utilize both sides of the entire room, after propping doors open with chairs we were able to get door jams from maintenance . When booking I asked about shuttles to airport - they said no shuttle to airport but they did have a shuttle that takes you around Weston the town. When I called about booking they said it was down for maintenance-so apparently they depend on one shuttle and too bad for us! If you have more then 4 people in each room you would need more dishes silverware, the tv is set to face in between the living room furniture and the dining table, it is attached to the wall with no ability to rotate. We would not come back here for a vacation resort it simply does not qualify for a vacation feel. Just a place to stay for a night if needed. I hear they are updating but no idea if we were in the old or new.

We enjoyed the resort location, Weston is a nice town. The unit was large. The staff we very pleasant and helpful. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The unit was dated and needs updating. Take your own toiletries, there weren't any in our unit. We presumed none were provided.

Cleveland Clinic retreat Beautiful property. Everything was clean and well kept. The unit was well decorated & had everything we needed. We were there to visit a family member at Cleveland Clinic and it was so nice to have somewhere comfortable and low stress to return to at the end of the day. Thank you for making it easier! We will definitely return!

Great location Our stay here was super comfortable. Nice amenities, easy parking and quick walk to grocery and restaurants. Close to the highway with easy access to shopping, Everglade activities, Fort Lauderdale or Miami beaches.
