Booking.com didn’t post my review and I know TripAdvisor will! 1 star for a working AC is about all I can give. From the moment you walk in the foyer with the cracked floor tiles, everything is dim and dingy! None of their hand sanitizer stations had sanitizer in them… maybe that’s why they make you wear a mask! We opened our room door and it smelled dank… a stale smell. I quickly sprayed everything down with Lysol as the room was dingy and old looking! I looked at the pillow cases and I said to myself “there is no way in hell these are fresh linens!” One pillow had a stain. I pulled back my sheets and yup, they were wrinkled like someone slept in them… they just pulled them up tightly instead of stripping the bed! I will strip it myself in the morning to at least guarantee the next person gets fresh sheets! (Look at my pictures and judge for yourself!). Shower was gross and not cleaned… hair from previous guest still on the walls! Mold or dirt on the bathroom walls. Some kind of gross stain on the curtains. Opened fridge to find a bunch of leftover fried rice on the bottom shelf (loose rice, not in a box). This place is not worth $139. Go stay at LaQuinta instead! YUCK Yuck yuck!!! Thank God I’m only here 1 night!!! They should pay YOU to stay here! Avoid room #219 although you will probably find the same in the rest of the rooms! If you don’t have enough cleaning staff then shut down half of your rooms! Flash on my camera makes hallway look 100x brighter than it is!
Red Roof Plus+ West Springfield

We had a nice experience at the Red Roof West Springfield during school vacation. The staff was super nice and helped me figure out kid friendly activities in the area. They also recommended Cals Woodfire Restaurant and IHOP for breakfast. The hotel sat near restaurants, a grocery store and the Dr. Seuss museum. Our room was clean with a comfortable mattress. We also like the strong water pressure in our shower. We will be back once Six Flags opens for the summer.
Best Western Springfield West Inn

My girlfriend and I went our annual trip and this year was the Berkshires. We both flew into Hartford, CT and drove up to Springfield for our first night, which was at this Best Western. The room was tight with two double beds, but it had a small fridge and coffee maker. The bed was average. We were facing a busy street, so we had alot of road noise. The bathroom was fine with the sink outside the bathroom. The price was reasonable and the room was clean, but I don't think I would stay here for more than a night or two.
Quality Inn

Plenty of storage. Room service appropriately priced. Housekeeping doesn't always speak English but they will replenish towels and sheets, but will heavily bang on the door. Not remote worker friendly. Balconies are decent but not cleaned. Respond well when SA occurs, we're quick to hand WSPD the footage. Felt safe there even though that happened to my mom and the deadbolt lock snapped with my kid in the room. Actually pet friendly. Descent breakfast bar. Bathroom leaked through the wall and balcony doors can be rough to open but we've been to worse since being displaced from a house fire.
Hampton Inn West Springfield

Excellent location. The staff ate friendly. Unfortunately I hate to say this place left much to he desired. The carpet in the hallway has a smell. The room has a smell. The loveseat in the room does not inspire confidence when it comes to cleanliness. Good thing the beddings are clean. Giving it a higher rating would be doing disservice to other Hampton Inns that are doing a wonderful job.
