"The hotel contacted me the day before to ask if I needed a high-speed train pick-up. I arrived quite late on the day, and they kept in touch the whole time, which was very thoughtful. It's located right across from the Alkaline Wetland Park, and my room had a great window view for catching the sunrise. It's only a 5-minute drive to the Beichi Tourist Transportation Hub and about a 500-meter walk to the Yunding Market. There is also a supermarket right outside, making it super convenient. The breakfast was lavish with both Chinese and Western options. Plus, there are various commemorative souvenir stamps in the lobby—a real treat for stamp collectors! A fantastic choice if you're visiting the North Slope."

"The room was very satisfying, spacious, bright, and clean. The location is excellent, close to Yuezheyou Mountain, Changying Century City, and Nanhu Park. The front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were all very friendly. I've stayed at many Atour hotels, but this experience was truly a pleasant surprise. The 21st-floor elevator area felt like a Hilton, and I really liked the decorative flowers and the scent. When checking out, I even received a refrigerator magnet as a gift."

Parking can be quite a hassle during peak hours. Since it's right next to an elementary school, it can get a little noisy in the mornings when school starts, but it's totally fine for a short stay."

"Traveling to Changbai Mountain and stopped over in Changchun, I chose Yatai Hotel. It's an old-brand hotel that's reliable in terms of both service and facilities. There were welcome fruits upon arrival, and the room was comfortable. After coming back in the evening, I felt a bit under the weather due to the cold evening breeze in Changchun, but a hot bath made me feel much better.
What needs improvement is that the bathroom shouldn't just be vacuumed; it would be better if it were mopped as well."

"This hotel is just next to Changchun station, very convenient take train to the airport. They provide good service to the laundry, we just leave our clothes in the washer and pin a note to ask them help to dry it, and we just pick it up in the evening. Down points is we had three people in the family room but they only provided two set of towels, toiletries and coffee/tea. We informed them on the first day and reminded on the second day morning but the third day still provided two set. I think they did not update in the system."

As a professional household in Atour, it can be seen that the specifications are very high, the decoration is exquisite and beautiful, the tonality is quite good, and the details are very good. All the service staff I met were very kind and friendly, and the laundry room was super responsible. It was definitely the best Atour experience I have ever lived in in recent years. It's super convenient to enter and exit by simply swiping the room card. Getting a taxi to the famous photo-op wall and other places is also very easy. The service was excellent and very considerate; any issues were handled promptly. They even asked if I needed to book airport transfers. I also got to stay in the same room as Song Yi – amazing! Yanji's food is so delicious, I'll definitely come back next time!"

I chose this hotel because it's pet-friendly. It's very new and exceptionally clean, even cleaner than some non-pet-friendly hotels. You'll see lots of dogs around! The breakfast area isn't huge, but everything is delicious and has its own unique touch, like homemade yogurt and chocolate spread for toast, which the kids absolutely loved. Despite many dogs staying, you don't have to worry about a bad night's sleep; the hotel has good soundproofing, and all the guests are very considerate and don't disturb each other.

The room was spacious, bright, and very clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The temperature and humidity inside were just right. The facilities were comprehensive; a soak in the hot springs was incredibly relaxing and helped ease the fatigue after hiking. The service was meticulous, thoughtful, and prompt. I had a very pleasant stay throughout my trip and would give it five stars. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changbai Mountain. The service was very attentive, and they even gave me a small gift.

Although it's a bit far from the city center, thankfully there's a shuttle bus, and the hotel even offers breakfast to go. The room wasn't huge, but the facilities were quite good. The only downside was that the bathroom in the river-view room also had a window, and the glass door let in too much light, waking me up bright and early in the morning...

DanrankanshiThe hotel is right by a forest, so the air is super fresh. It's just a few minutes' drive from the North Gate of Changbai Mountain Scenic Area. They even have a dedicated shuttle service to the scenic area, which is really convenient. Everyone at the hotel, from the owner to the staff, is very welcoming and helpful. Especially the big brother who drove us to the scenic area – he kept reminding us about safety precautions for Changbai Mountain on the way, which was very thoughtful! 👍

The front desk staff were very patient during check-in, the process was smooth, and they proactively introduced the hotel amenities and local travel tips. Every staff member we met along the way greeted us warmly, and requests were handled very quickly. The butler was attentive and thoughtful, helping us coordinate solutions while striking the perfect balance without being overly intrusive—it made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The guest room was exceptionally well-maintained, spacious, and meticulously clean. The bedding was soft and clean, the soundproofing was great, and we had a very peaceful sleep at night. The bathroom had stable water pressure, and the toiletries were of high quality. The public areas were kept very tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety with fantastic flavors. Overall, it lacks the flashy feel of over-marketing; it's a genuinely high-quality vacation experience. Solid hardware, heartwarming service, and thoughtful touches everywhere. fayfay223The room was spacious, fulfilling my child's wish to sleep on the top bunk. The environment is beautiful, and the aesthetics of all the promotional materials, road signs, and logo designs are top-notch. The complimentary benefits and activities were so numerous we couldn't even use them all. The evening activities were abundant, and the flow of movement was well-planned. Even if we missed a shuttle, they would arrange an alternative vehicle for us. After the last shuttle from the hot springs, you could rent a scooter, and at other times, the shuttle service was very prompt. The shuttle from Songguo Li was always on time as it's the starting point. We only ate at Li Liangui inside the resort; for other meals, we called nearby restaurants that offered free pickup and drop-off, and the food was delicious and affordable. Oh, and when I booked the hotel, rafting wasn't listed as a benefit, but we actually received a complimentary Red Willow Rafting experience. To get to the South Slope, we asked the front desk to arrange a private car, and the driver was reliable and the price fair. Overall, I would recommend Huamei Shengdi to my friends. My only complaint is that there are too few washing machines; we could never get one.

This hotel is newly opened and is currently the only Atour 4.0 in Changchun. Although the room wasn't huge, it was well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The pillows were very comfortable, and I slept great both nights. On the first night, there was an issue with the heating in the room's AC, and when I reported it to the front desk, they promptly moved me to another room. We also requested a humidifier and an air purifier, which they quickly provided. The breakfast was good; the wonton noodles made specially by the chef on the first day were delicious, but on the second day, with a different chef, it was just ordinary noodles. Overall, it was a very good two-night stay.

The two-bedroom apartment is perfect for families, featuring two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. The decor is exquisite, and the facilities are complete and new. The room uses a keyless entry system; you simply add the host on WeChat to receive the code, which is very convenient as you don't need a physical card. The only issue is the poor soundproofing of the apartment building; you can hear firecrackers and fireworks outside, as well as loud conversations from next door.
Location & Transportation:
The apartment is located in Qingshan Apartment Phase 3, right near the ski resort. The hotel offers shuttle service to the ski slopes (though it still requires a short walk). There's a supermarket, bar, and ski rental shop all on the B1 level. Walking to the ski resort takes about 10 minutes, so it's a bit of a distance.
Breakfast:
The variety isn't extensive, but it's enough to fill you up before hitting the slopes for a full day of skiing.
Initially, I booked for three nights, but the snow melted due to warm weather, so we only skied for two days. Besides skiing, there isn't much else to do in the area. Plus, with bad weather forecasted for the sixth day of the ***** New Year, we ended up wasting one night's booking and returned home early.

Guest UserThe location is definitely the biggest advantage, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's an old state-run hotel, so it generally feels quite traditional and a bit dated, like stepping back ten years. The facilities are a bit old; there was a leak in the shower, and not many power outlets, but it met most basic needs. The breakfast was good; while not as refined as new chain hotels, the dishes were distinctive. The service attitude was excellent, especially Chengcheng from concierge and the intern at the front desk, both deserve praise. I'd suggest putting a power strip behind the nightstand, otherwise, the most conveniently located outlet gets blocked and becomes unusable, which is really inconvenient for charging phones.

The biggest advantage of the new store is that all the equipment is brand new, the room is bright and clean, and there is no need to worry about the old facilities.
I like Atour's bed the most. I lie down for a day and decompress it. The sound insulation is also online.
The front desk partners are gentle and check in is not delayed. The public area bamboo living atmosphere is very good, you can sit for a while in your free time.
Self-service laundry is really a boon for long-distance travelers!
A new store that pays attention to detail and is full of temperature, recommended to friends who want to come here.
