The hotel is centrally located in gidc umargam town. The hotel one of the only few good standard hotels for executive stay. The is hygiene well maintained. Very clean rooms and toilet. Food serving size is great and taste is good. They only serve vegetarian food. The staff is very polite and very prompt. Overall considering the town the experience is great. I recommend this hotel.

The service was exceptional—special thanks to Mr Abhinav for ensuring prompt service as and when required. The breakfast was decent, with quite a few options. The food served is tasty, and the preparation time is less than 25 minutes.mr.abhinav is good person The hotel's location is perfect, with many eateries nearby. The Gunjan area is within walking distance and a good place for shopping. It is strongly recommended!

The room we booked/stayed was kept clean and tidy with basic working amenities except some minor technical faults in one of the telephone/intercom. The tap and shower head in the bathroom was leaking, the toiletries given were of cheap standards (clinic plus shampoo sachets and some local hair oil brand sachet ) we were disappointed to find that wifi was not working/connecting in the room but only in the hotel reception lobby and despite our repeated requests it was not made available to us. There was no support or assistance from the reception desk/hotel in providing us any inputs /car rental arrangements for our silvassa site seeing tour and sadly there was no response from the reception on our concern killing us of our valuable and limited vacation time there at the vapi
