Facilities: the resort offers a wide range of facilities, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. The resort has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness: i was impressed by the cleanliness of the resort; the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment. Staff: the front desk staff was also very supportive. Food: moreover, the food served at the resort was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall experience: overall, i had a wonderful time at the resort. With its excellent facilities, cleanliness, supportive staff, and delicious food, it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

During the stay in the hotel i observed an issue with the water such as wash basin tap water was very low, they tried to rectify the same but couldn't. Hence they changed my room, next day there was no water in the morning for some time due water moter breakdown. Regarding breakfast the menu options were very limited. They should make an arrangement to keep food warmer during serving.

Recently renovated property. Just next to one of the Industrial estates in Silvassa. Little far from the Coty Center, practically on the other side if one is coming from Mumbai-Vadodara Highway. But close to Lion Safari & Deer Park. Overall good experience. The renovation work is done good. Very Clean, nice, good finish & furniture works. Wallpapers & lighting all done good. Bathroom also nice & clean. Spacious layout of the room. Double bed worh sofa, centre table and all usually furniture items and still reasonable space in the room. No clutter feel. Good room service. During our stay, occupancy was extremely low, so the restaurant was empty. Liquor, beer & good food available. Breakfast spread is not worth the money. Better order room service. Overall good 1 night stay.

The hotel is small and has a few rooms only but it is worth it! the service is very prompt and the rooms are clean and well-equipped. Bathroom is little small. Bedsheets could have been a little smoother. Overall, it was a nice stay.

SshwetabloggerThough the suite rooms are beautiful and worth the money I was highly disappointed as whole night air conditioner wasn’t working .Called house keeping 5times and nothing worked out at last was tired and slept in a claustrophobic room without Ac cooling. Swing was the only thing which attracted me to stay in the hotel .Unfortunately i sat with excitement but fell down with disappointment . If u can’t maintain air conditioner and swing please don’t sell such rooms where it became a torture for me rather than a staycation. Rooms were stinking may be because there was paint happening on the floor. The best part was the balcony attached to the room but again felt claustrophobic with no ventilation. It was a nightmare for my family and I swear not to stay in such property ever.

GGuest UserOverall, i had a wonderful stay at the hotel preet palace. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities i needed. The bed was incredibly soft, and i slept like a baby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure i had a great time.

GGuest UserStay was very good, all amenity were on place. Good location. Breakfast is testy. Only issue i face while check in. I booked suit room which is shown in larger room and paid full amount but when i reached property. Reception has denied that suit room is full by seeing solo traveller. Only after few request they have allotted the desired room.

Btw they also take order and bring from outside, hygiene is not that good, but okay okay as compared to price. Have to told 2-3 times to clean the room
