Bon hôtel mais bruyant pour les chambres sur l'ave
Hôtel ancien mais très propre et confortable.
Grande chambre avec petite cuisine
Lit confortable.
Personnel très agréable et serviable.
Petit déjeuner copieux et correct.
Gros problème pour les chambres donnant sur l'avenida Alemania : bruit de trafic malgré l'insonorisation.

Hotel muy limpio, tranquilo y central. Buen acceso al Río Calle Calle, restoranes, centro. Todo el personal muy amable y cumple con el confort que se requiere, para un buen descanso. Entrada con muy bellos jardines y muy limpio, camas muy cómodas.

Hotel viejo y roñoso no asisitir, no me gustó para nada y quedando en pleno centro de valdivia. Había un mal olor y nadie se hizo cargo. Insistimos en cambio pero no nos tomaron en cuenta. creo que lo unico bueno es que queda cerca de todo caminando pero nada mas.

Staff were all really helpful even with my poor Spanish. Hotel is clean, rooms are a decent size. It’s of its time, so could do with a little modernisation, but it was comfortable and clean, and everything is a short walk away.
