Recommend this hotel we had a very clean room and with view. But please have online Zomato or Uber app for food. Hotel has no priority dinning for in-house guests. 5 star customer service by Nidhi @reception and Bhubaneshwar (absolutely loved his name) always had a BIG smile. All front office staff very far though. Management PK Mishra Thankyou for your hospitality. Biggest star ⭐️ Rukhmani in F&B best chai maker Rajendra Bhai 🤗ARJUN, and Vandana HOUSE KEEPING staff are very friendly and always at service with a smile. Unfortunately worst service at the cafe due to lack of communication by Executive Chef and the waiter trying to snatch menu off while we were ordering. Good way too 🌶️ spicy and hot 🔥 not much to choose from. Buffet needs to have more serving cutlery people keep touching the food at display very unhygienic. Not much option for kids who are not curry eaters for breakfast. Location wise bit outskirts but that didn’t bother us Overall it was a very pleasant stay would definitely recommended for a relaxing stay ..

Booked two rooms for three night with breakfast.All three dayes hotel served the same breakfast Paratha and sandwich .No other option.checkin late night .No body at reception.staff sleeping on floor in front of reception desk.Lift buttons are very hard. Difficult to operate.Food is not good . Room are not cleaned. Wadrobe is broken, doesn't have doors. First and foremost every hotel should have a cancellation policy of 24 hrs before the date. My trip got preponed and later i saw the bracket was of 1 day after i booked the trip. I had to pay the entire amount and was there for barely 5 hours. The room had spiders on bed which was a shock for me as it took 7k. The property was going though construction so it had dust all over. It was basically a restaurant which had rooms on backdrop. All over a bad experience and way too costly

The location of Kalpana Palace is perfect. At walking distance from both the railway station and the corridor - it is very accessible - but so are many other properties. All of the Mahakaal lok is surrounded by hotels. Having said that - the hotel did have a good service - the breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and nice. Hot water was available. Staff was polite and courteous. We requested for an early check in and they said if rooms are available, they will make it available early - and they did. Do check the timings and the price. Year end times, the price is too much and we felt it was not value for money. At other times (and lower rates), it shd be fine. The traffic outside does make the rooms noisy.

This a MP Tourism hotel situated on Dewas road. It is bang opposite another MP Tourism Hotel “MPT Shipra”. Excellent quality, big rooms, neat and clean room linen, bath accessories. Definitely worth the price. Curtains can be bit heavier for sun blocking. The inhouse restautant is purely vegetarian . Breakfast spread not lavish but okay. Table cloth in the restaurant were not clean. Staff was courteous. Wifi was good. Hotel is almost of three star quality. Highly recommended
