First and foremost every hotel should have a cancellation policy of 24 hrs before the date. My trip got preponed and later i saw the bracket was of 1 day after i booked the trip. I had to pay the entire amount and was there for barely 5 hours. The room had spiders on bed which was a shock for me as it took 7k. The property was going though construction so it had dust all over. It was basically a restaurant which had rooms on backdrop. All over a bad experience and way too costly

My experience is really great, i was travel-ling with family at ujjain, this hotel is 8km from temple but roads are good so hardly its 10min from temple, property is on highway so very convenient to reach, new property so very well maintained and clean with 5 star like interior. Manager is supportive thanks to k girish ji for your service and help. I would recommend this hotel to all and will prefer in future.

Great service and excellent customer support by Ms Vandana and others . The master Chef and others were also good helpful and very interactive. The food was of amazing quality as well. The ambience of the hotel overall is A grade and it is a fun experience staying here. Highly recommended. This is our 5th or 6th time staying in this hotel and it is always a good time.
