Décevant! L’annonce indique qu’il y a un parking, la dame qui nous a reçu nous assure qu’il n’y en a pas et que nous devons nous stationner dans un stationnement public que l’on doit trouver. Plus tard on lit sur le site qu’ils donnent normalement des réductions pour le stationnement et une « guestcard » pour les transports publics. Nous n’avons rien reçu. Ils indiquent que la réception est ouverte de 8h30 à 17h. Personne à 16h05 et à 9h15 le lendemain! L’annonce indique qu’il y a une buanderie, nous ne l’avons jamais trouvée et comme la réception était fermée, personne pour nous aider!

Practical hotel for affordable price
This hotel was exactly what we were looking about. Very friendly staff, even if reception not always occupied, but you can contact them whenever you need help. No breakfast offered, but many coffee bars few minutes walking time in neighbourhood. Car parking for reduced fare nearby too. Comfortable and clean family rooms to be reached by elevator. Quiet as limiting with street where no transit traffic allowed.

This hotel gives a much better impression on the web or this platform than in reality.
The hotel is NOT accessible by car. Nearest parking is more than 5 Minutes away in a public parking house.
Bed linnen of blanket was dirty.
No change of room was possible, as no personnel at the reception.
Breakfast on Friday started from 9 - much too late for people with appointments or schedules.

Nachdem ich die vorherigen Bewertungen gelesen habe, war ich sehr skeptisch und wurde positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern möbliert und sauber. Genauso war das Bad. Die Dame an der Rezeption war freundlich und gab uns alle Informationen, die wir brauchten. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, trotzdem war es ruhig. Ich würde beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Überlingen wieder hier übernachten.

Zum hotel gehören auch Ferienwohnungen, leider habe ich diese nicht in TripAdvisor gefunden, sonst hätte ich dort bewertet. Die Wohnungen liegen versteckt in 2. Reihe an der Hauptstraße, somit top Lage, aber trotzdem ruhig, auch das Parkhaus neben an hört man nicht. Das Haus ist von außen unscheinbar, Die Ferienwohnung war einfach, aber sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Check out wäre eigentlich bis 10 Uhr gewesen, die Reinigungskraft stand aber um 8 Uhr schon parat, zum Glück mussten wir eh früh weg, trotzdem unglücklich. An sich war es ruhig, von oben hat man hin und wieder Lauf-Geräusche gehört, gut war, das es Rolläden gibt, die Fenster waren schwergängig. Parkplätze am Haus. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.
