Wir waren morgens zum Frühstück da und es war auch recht gut aber überteuert, Personal freundlich. Besonders nett war die Jana, die uns gleich einen Tisch für den Abend auf der Terrasse reserviert hat und zum Glück hat sie ihn uns auch gezeigt. Denn als wir abends angekommen sind, war kein Personal in Sicht. Da wir wussten, welcher Tisch für uns reserviert war, haben wir uns einfach hingesetzt. Außer uns war noch ein Paar da und paar Leute an der Bar. Die Barleute wurden mit Getränken versorgt, uns hat die Bedienung ignoriert, er war wahrscheinlich nicht für Essenstische zuständig, trotzdem könnte er eine Kollegin holen. Nach 20 Minuten war immer noch keiner bei uns, nicht mal Getränkekarte gebracht. Ich habe mich auf den Weg gemacht und jemanden gesucht der für uns zuständig ist. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten kam endlich einer. Der Junge man war nett, konnte aber nicht so gut deutsch oder war sehr aufgeregt und musste viel nachfragen. Das Paar am Nebentisch hat ihn wegen Getränke angesprochen, ob die was bestellen können. Im Endeffekt ist dieses Paar einfach gegangen ohne etwas zu trinken. Als unser Essen serviert wurde, ist der Bedienung aufgefallen, dass wir kein Brot bekommen haben (die Teller und Besteck war da, das gibts wahrscheinlich immer, solange man aufs Essen wartet) sie hat uns dafür einen Kaffee aufs Haus versprochen, den wir übrigens nicht bekommen haben. Die Erfahrung war echt enttäuschend und wir würden nicht nochmal kommen. Beim Gehen haben wir mitbekommen, dass die Leute am anderen Tisch sich auch aufgeregt haben, dass keiner zu ihnen kommt. Echt schade, dass es an sowas scheitert, da die Aussicht echt schön ist.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever visited, and one of the best hotels of the Bodensee. Historical grandeur, a huge park bordering the lake and modern comfort. Now you have decided to spend some money: go for a room with on the lake side - the street side is quite noisy. Two years ago we had booked a cheaper room and two very kind ladies at the reception - Khdija and Diana - gave us a better room. We will be back soon and have now booked a room with park and lake view. Breakfast is fabulous and memorable.

Die Barleute wurden mit Getränken versorgt, uns hat die Bedienung ignoriert, er war wahrscheinlich nicht für Essenstische zuständig, trotzdem könnte er eine Kollegin holen. Nach 20 Minuten war immer noch keiner bei uns, nicht mal Getränkekarte gebracht. Ich habe mich auf den Weg gemacht und jemanden gesucht der für uns zuständig ist. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten kam endlich einer. Der Junge man war nett, konnte aber nicht so gut deutsch oder war sehr aufgeregt und musste viel nachfragen. Das Paar am Nebentisch hat ihn wegen Getränke angesprochen, ob die was bestellen können. Im Endeffekt ist dieses Paar einfach gegangen ohne etwas zu trinken. Als unser Essen serviert wurde, ist der Bedienung aufgefallen, dass wir kein Brot bekommen haben (die Teller und Besteck war da, das gibts wahrscheinlich immer, solange man aufs Essen wartet) sie hat uns dafür einen Kaffee aufs Haus versprochen, den wir übrigens nicht bekommen haben. Die Erfahrung war echt enttäuschend und wir würden nicht nochmal kommen. Beim Gehen haben wir mitbekommen, dass die Leute am anderen Tisch sich auch aufgeregt haben, dass keiner zu ihnen kommt. Echt schade, dass es an sowas scheitert, da die Aussicht echt schön ist.
