Our son and now daughter-in-law :) were married at this hotel on August 31st. We stayed at the hotel for most of the week. We had a wonderful experience!! The staff was so accommodating. The doorman went out of his way to be of assistance, as did the front desk. The hotel is very clean. We ate at the restaurant several times. Despite the language barrier, the waiters made sure to meet our every need. Great experience!!

Hermoso, el hotel. El restaurante muy bonito deliciosa, la comida y excelentes servicios. Sobre todo de José Luis Onofre el gerente del restaurante. Las instalaciones bellísimas y súper bien cuidadas.. nos encantó, por supuesto que regresaríamos. Además, muy cerca de la ciudad de México a 40 minutos.

El hotel tiene espacios muy agradables. Los jardines están bien cuidados y el servicio fue muy amable. Limpio y cómodo. Sin embargo, el hotel ya vio sus mejores tiempos y requiere de una buena remodelación. Muchos elementos se ven viejos, el baño en particular es poco práctico, con llaves muy viejas que hacen difícil controlar la temperatura del agua.

I was very happy staying at this hotel, it was quiet, clean and the employees were wonderful. My gratitude goes to the person at the front desk Luis Morales. He is the one that picked up the phone before my arrival, he was friendly and caring of my needs and gave me a good feeling before I arrived to the location. The boss buy, cleaning lady and another front desk person-lady. They were are all smiles and easy going as they great me and during my departure. I will stay there again next time.

Tuvimos una extraordinaria estancia en el hotel, estuvimos 4 noches hospedados y nos encontramos con una buena atencion en recepcion, una habitacion limpia, camas comodas. solo le pongo 2 peros a este hotel, el servicio en Restaurante es MUY lento y Extremadamente Caro a pesar de que los platillos eran de buen sazon, realmente me dolia dejar propina x el servicio ya que dejaba mucho que desear. El otro pero que le pongo (a pesar de que en realidad no nos afecto mucho) es que no permite en la habitacion conectar a la TV dispositivos adicionales para poder ver plataformas de Stream (Netflix, Prime, Etc) En terminos generales fue una grata experiencia, Volveria a Hospedarme ahi sin pensarlo
