It was very clean. Breakfast was delicious, but when I went there, there were few types of bread, which was disappointing.

Considering the price, it was a clean and pretty hotel (I felt that it was somewhat appropriate for the price, but still, it was a pretty nice place for the price).
However, I felt that there was not enough space to open a suitcase. (It was large enough that you could open and close it as needed to take out and fix your luggage.)
It was close to the station, and they could store your luggage up to 11pm, which was very appreciated. Also, as a welcome drink, the bar (alcohol) and soft drinks were all-you-can-drink from 3pm to 11pm? That was nice.
The breakfast was also delicious. (I went early in the morning, around 7am, so there was nothing sold out or out of stock, but if you go a little later, it may be out of stock. (I was told at the reception.))
If there was one thing that was a bit disappointing, it was that the person at the reception desk in the morning was talking at the back of the reception desk, and their voices and what they were talking about could be heard outside. I wish they would tone it down a bit. Also, at night, the security at the convenience stores in the area seemed a little bad. The surrounding area is quite dark, so I don't think it's a good idea to go out alone at night.
You can take up to five amenities from the reception per night. This might be difficult for those who are picky about amenities, but I felt that you generally don't need five items.
