Perfect location, only few mins walk from train stations and get to HND airport or Yokohama in 30 mins.
Convenient store, shops and restaurants are near by.
Coin laundry in lobby and microwave oven inside the room.
Room size is not big but fair enough for one person.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Requested not to have house keeping during my stay so no comment on cleanliness but overall a very recommended hotel.

It's about 10 minutes' walk from kamata station, so it's OK to move. The facilities are clean, and most of the restaurants in kamata are delicious, which is a surprise. However, even though I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days for two people, I was very disappointed that there were two large towels and two towels that were as large as handkerchiefs. The bathroom is wide-angle, so if you actually look at it, it can be seen as a single person that can be seen anywhere in Japan. I had a good time.

Superior room was kind of small for 2A2C. One of us have to sleep on sofa. We should have booked a bigger room. Room was very clean and came with all we requried. Hotel overall was very good. Location was at Otorri Station which we need to figure out how to take train as it is our first time in Japan. Have family mart, 7-11 convenience stores nearby but not a shopping district. Not much food to eat nearby. Shuttle bus service available at certain time to haneda airport T1, T2, T3 for free.

The room was very clean and the hotel was comfortable.
I was grateful that they provided toothbrushes and pajamas.
There was an induction kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, and a makeup desk with a mirror, and it was also nice that you could watch YouTube and other programs on the TV.
However, they did not check whether tableware was provided, so you will need to check about cutlery.
In addition, the building faces a major road, so you can hear a lot of car traffic.
I'm not too bothered by this, but please keep this in mind if you are.
I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
Thank you.

Great little hotel, we were arriving at Haneda after midnight, and I was able to call the hotel to allow us to check in at 2am. Good AC in the room and an awesome staff! The only downside was that it was a couple blocks to get to a large subway station.

Great location, just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the metro station. Navigating the Tokyo Metro is super easy, and I used Google Maps, which provides step-by-step directions. It’s an efficient and affordable way to get around Tokyo—much faster and cheaper than a taxi. Don’t be afraid to use the subway; you won’t get lost, and you can always ask for help. Almost everyone speaks English.
The hotel is nice and clean, with a friendly and helpful lobby staff. Everyone speaks English. I recommend adding breakfast to your booking—you won’t be disappointed.
One minor downside of this hotel is the airport shuttle. The intervals between pickups from Haneda Airport are over an hour, so I opted for Uber, which cost me about 4300 yen—cheaper than an airport taxi and more comfortable. MYSTAYS also provides an airport drop-off service, but only until 11:50 AM.
Other than that, everything was great. Whenever I travel to China via Tokyo, I stay at MYSTAYS. Both MYSTAYS Narita and MYSTAYS Omori are excellent hotels.
Attention MYSTAYS staff: Please consider adding a couple of complimentary water bottles to the rooms.

The password problem has affected the guests next to me (he said it has happened many times and he doesn’t know what to do). I hope the host can make it simpler and clearer. Please remember that there are 2 URLs to enter before you can get the password~ Don't be like me, who stood outside the door for more than an hour, calling to no avail, waiting for customer service's response but not immediately, and I was scared to death.
It was very difficult for me to move on the basket, and the steps were relatively high.
Nearby is Nishi-Okawa Station, and the rhythm is not strong, so keep quiet. In addition, there are civilian canteens (delicious and cheap) and convenience stores that close until 22:00. It’s a blessing for me to come back at night~
Overall it's good, but the facilities need to be improved. Thank you_(:_‖∠)_

Distance: I saw many reviews saying that the hotel is 3mins walk from the airport. Actually, the hallway took at least 5mins. And once you arrive at the lobby and walk all the way to the room, it takes another 4minutes, depends on your room location. So, more realistically saying, the walk from hotel to departure hall takes a good 10mins.
Check in: many kiosks are available so you don’t need to queue up much. Just need to scan passport(s) and get the card keys from the kiosk. It also shows the direction to your room. Very quick and convenient check out too, just need to put the keys back in.
Room: I liked that the hotel provided pyjamas. I wondered why hotel asked me a gender previously. I assume it was for the pyjamas sizes. M size was placed on bed for female customer. Room size is not big, but it has an open view facing the sea and small bathtub.

Outstanding
GGuest UserI am a book lover myself, and came to stay here for 2 nights in March a week before Easter, mainly for the library theme and book selection. The hotel itself, the book lounge, and the book libraries on each floor was all very very good. However, upon my checking in, it was obvious that the male receptionist on the left pay more attention to Caucasian guests rather than me (an Asian solo female traveller). I had the impression they just wanted to get rid of me asap, and then served the Caucasian guests behind me.
During the whole of my check in process, no one mentioned anything about the special libraries on each floor, no one told me about the free beverages offered “at the far end corner for the reception desk”, and definitely no one mentioned anything about he QRcode library tour!!! I stayed for two nights and it was only after the first night (when I read the books inside my room that I knew of ANY of the services I mentioned above). Of course one may say I could read all those on the signage’s provided in the property. But then…
Upon walking into the reception desk the next day, I did hear the same male receptionist explained in great detail (everything I mentioned above)in English to other Caucasian guests.
I like the library premise of the property, the books selections were great, exhibition on the first floor was quite nice, however, I am not sure if I would stay for a second time, knowing how they treated solo female Asian guest whom they assumed was not civilised enough (that was my impression) to deserve a thorough introduction about this lovely bookish hotel from them. Quite disappointed to be frank, especially knowing how much history this hotel has included!!
TTexas Longhorns92We returned for our next stay because if its convenient location. Even with four luggages, we manage to walk to the Shinjuku station at ease for thr Narita Express train to the airport.
GGuest UserI couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The amenities were fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a tidy and welcoming place to stay!
GGuest UserI would definitely return to this hotel again. The staff was very attentive and the location is fantastic. The room we had stayed in was newly renovated and the interior design was very user friendly. The breakfast at the premier lounge was amazing.
LloobenjaminExcellent service staff especially Miss Fujita mending the checkin counter. She has been very friendly, helpful by providing us with a lot of information, explained in detail about the hotel facilities and even recommended us to some site seeing locations in Asakusa. Hotel is in a very strategic location within the heart of Asakusa, accessible by 2 metro line, with great 7-11 just a few steps away from the hotel. Definitely going to repeat our stay there in the future.
SSALLESWe had a nice stay at Washington Hotel Akihabara. The hotel is well located, nearby metro lines and local trains which allow us to easily move around Tokyo. Although the room is small, it is well designed and it big enough for few nights. The bed is not very large but comfortable. We managed to sleep with our 2 yo kid. You can also choose between soft or hard pillow. The bathroom was quite big with a nice bathtub. Around the hotel, you have plenty of restaurant and convenient stores. The buffet breakfast was great and everything we try tastes really good ! There is a large choice between Japanese food and wester food. Finally, there is a laundry area which was really convenient.
AACThe hotel is conveniently located, right above the convenient store. It is just 7 mins from Kensei Ueno station, which has train to go to Narita Airport within 40 mins. It is only 3 mins walk from JR station, which only took about 30+ mins to Haneda airport. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Near Ueon Park, with a few Museums. Breakfast is good. Highly recommended.
AAnonymous Useri booked the triple room as it was the only room left. there was space for only 1 large luggage - the room was a little old but bed and duvet surprisingly comfy. onsen was small so it got a little crowded as the hotel was full that night. location was great - tho the nearest ikebukuro stn exit with lift, C9 (vs 20b), is a little further from the station. excellent authentic chinese food nearby (豪妈 on google maps), and a family mart just across the street. great hotel!
RRtz2nd time staying in this hotel. Location is so convenient as it is right in front of the exit for Higashi-Ginza station (direct line going to Haneda airport). Rooms are also clean and comfortable. The hotel's onsen are also perfect for a late night soak after a long day of exploring.
