I recently stayed at Sai Residency and had an unexpectedly disappointing experience. The first issue was with the parking area – there’s a significant hump at the entrance. My car got stuck, and it was clear the hump has caused issues for others too, given the visible scratches. To make matters worse, there was no warning sign about this, and when I raised it with the receptionist, the response was dismissive, as if it was a new problem. The second major issue was that they turned off the AC in the middle of the night. This made for an uncomfortable stay, especially after already dealing with the parking problem. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you value decent customer service and a comfortable, uninterrupted stay.

The rooms are very spacious and good. Would have been better if both rooms had attached bath. There was only 1 attached bath and the other was only bath. Stay was comfortable.

Grand stay gave me room 304, which turned out to have a thousand cockroaches. Even on the bed, under the pillow, the fan was running very slow even at 5 speed setting. I went back to reception and said that i could not stay there. Then they gave me room 206 which was clean and without any cockroaches. However i had to sleep with the light on because of fear of cockroaches coming at night. Luckily no cockroaches came and i had a good sleep. Rest of the room was okay. Bathroom was very small and it's washbasin didn't have water. But i could manage. So average rating. Makemytrip should physically check hotels before recommending.

affordable price and clean place , friendly boss . check in anytime , walking distance to food stall , and airport is quiet far for walking , but there's alot of Tuk Tuk bike , they called it AUTO , can wave to them to ask for their service any time , can fit 2 person or 1 adult + 2 kids , price are ok . SR resident boss know few of them , you can ask him to book for you . travel to city's temple only cost about 400 rubees
