Find the Best Romantic Hotels Tbilisi

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel as part of an Intrepid trip to Caucasus, therefore I did not choose this property myself. I had a really great room with a balcony - actually massive, with a huge bathroom and slept really well. Whilst there I also put quite a lot of laundry in on the 4-hour turnaround service, which although wasn't the cheapest, was worth it as we were tight on time - everything was returned perfectly to me. My only complaint about the room is that the location is on a busy main road on the edge of the centre, and therefore the balcony faced onto it, and was v noisy, so much so that I didn't hear my friend knocking on my door due to the traffic noise! Breakfast was a good spread and I enjoyed the bar area for quiet drinks in the evening - overall - recommended!

The hotel is located in a very good location, close to the main train station in Tbilisi and the metro station. The rooms are clean and the service is nice. Staff was extremely friendly and professional.

A wonderful hotel! The area around is old and completely unsmiling, but the hotel is an elegant, charming sample of a good European level. Service at a high level! Daily cleaning and bottles of water, good breakfasts, not uniform, staff - separate thanks, very hospitality and benign. Rooms are beautiful, everything is solid, kind, convenient, clean and comfortable. During the stay at the hotel, the husband had a birthday, we were very touched by personal congratulations from the hotel, Vladimir found time to come to us with a bottle of wine and fruit and warmly congratulate his husband! Such attention and respect for the customers deserve a high appreciation. Thank you! We already recommend your hotel to acquaintances and we will be happy to stay again at you.

Looks fabulous but if staying more than a night I would avoid as tiny no space rooms are impossible for two people let alone having luggage! Poor bathrooms, Nowhere for toiletries and floods when you shower matter what! Breakfast staff have that Georgian it is way to early to care or even interact approach, I get breakfast isn’t a Georgian meal but indifference is at a huge level!

We liked absolutely everything: -The personnel is amazing, kind, always helpful, speaks georgian, russian, english -The view of the city -The breakfast! From 8 to 11. A great variety of food - eggs, sausages, vegetables, salads, adjika, sausages, croissants, they make coffee of your choice (both latte and capuchinho were great), the menu slightly changes from day to day but we always had something to fill our stomachs with and feel ourselves like in a restaurant! They even made georgian salad one morning that was better than in several restaurants we visited :) -The hotel is the closest building to the Citadel. You can also start and end your day by a trip on the funicular to/from the city centre. To achieve that just take a short 10min hike up the stairs in the mountain and use the transport card (the one-way cost was 2.5 lari in Jan 2023). An amazing experience that we’ve never had in other cities. -The Internet was stable and fast enough for me, I did manage to successfully hold a zoom meeting with it. -There were soaps, shower gels, shampoos, tea, coffee refilled every day; slippers; a free crib was very convenient for our 4yo child -The room was warm enough, the bed was very comfortable -There was no dust under the bed! Everyday cleaning, it was so clean that we even noticed that. We had a room on the second floor. WAS NOT A DRAWBACK for us! But might be challenging for someone else. The road to the hotel is quite steep and might be slightly slippery during / after rain or snow

The hotel is good, as is the price. It is located on a nice street, it is pleasing to the eye. Good reception and service (I needed medical assistance, they called an ambulance in a second). Not bad breakfasts. When I checked into the room (in the summer) it was very cold, what confused me was the central control of the air conditioner (you have to call and ask) and on the second day I asked to bring me a spoon and water to the room, I waited 2 hours, exactly two, in the end I used improvised means.

The room was good, but the service was poor. There were a bunch of people standing in the lobby on the first floor, and they didn't understand anything when I asked them. The bank money exchange service in the hotel requires the father's name. I don't know why. There are money changers everywhere on the street, no questions asked. Someone was having a party on the first floor of the hotel on Sunday night. I lived on the fourth floor. It was so noisy that it didn't end until one o'clock in the morning. The location is pretty good, next to freedom square and the old city The restaurant on the first floor is expensive and average Overall the price/performance ratio is not high.
