"This was my second week. I had more problems this week and I wasn't met with helpful or responsible attitudes. There is specifically one guy (blind hair) on reception whose attitude was so defensive and passive-aggressive that I don't feel he fits working in hospitality. Sadly I was constantly blocked from accessing the manager who had previously been helpful. It was very noisy because the walls are thin, the housekeeping are noisy and the doors are slamming. Maybe over a few days you don't notice this but two weeks was too much."

"This hotel might seem unassuming at first glance, but it's genuinely a great choice if you're traveling alone for business or leisure. First off, it's very quiet at night, which is perfect for sleeping. The hotel also has a fantastic terrace where you can even order food late at night. It's also really close to the city center of Tbilisi. The only downsides are that communication in English can be difficult, so you'll need to have a translation app ready. Also, toiletries are only provided for the first day; if you need more, you'll have to ask at the front desk daily."

"This is a great hotel. It's close to the metro station and the mini-bus stop for Yerevan. The front desk lady was very nice and spoke fluent English. The room wasn't big, but it was clean, tidy, and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It was very comfortable to stay here. Right across the street is the airport shuttle bus. Overall, I'm very satisfied!"

"The hotel is well-located, within easy reach of the main sights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room had a balcony with a lovely view, and the bathroom was nice and warm. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee were restocked daily. The only minor downside was that the furniture was a bit dated. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay—I wish I could have stayed longer!"

"Бронировали 4 ночи. Расположение замечательно, историческая часть города, по нашей улице водили экскурсии! Рядом мост Мира, парк Рике, площадь Европы. Метро в шаговой доступности. Есть внутренний дворик и бассейн. Мы жили в ноябре, было включено отопление, очень порадовало. Чайник, холодильник, зуб.щëтки и тапочки присутствуют. Единственный минус это матрас на кровати. Для меня слишком мягкий. Спишь, как у бабушки на перине. Но кому-то нравится. Поэтому это моё субъективное мнение. Рекомендую отель."

"Good location, 3 minutes walk from Ablavari station where metro and bus stops gather. There was also a mini supermarket Carrefour, a bank, and a currency exchange office nearby. It is close to the old town, so it is convenient for walking. The staff can hardly speak English. There are many people at the reception, so it may be a little inconvenient when there is something. The room also had a refrigerator and hot water pot, the bed was clean and comfortable, but there was no amenities, and we recommend bringing it as needed. The hot shower took a little time to get hot, but it went out comfortably. It is convenient to charge because there are many outlets (C type). However, the heating effect of the air conditioner was subtly bad, and it was a little cold while it was cold in the morning and evening (and I couldn't operate it without a remote control in the first place, so I asked the staff to bring it from another room ...)"

"Excellent eco-consciousness. There's always coffee and milk available on the first floor, and the machine-made milk foam is incredibly creamy. Each floor has a water dispenser by the elevator offering cold, room temperature, and hot water. Breakfast was pretty good too."

"We were looking for a hotel for one night before our flight. It was in a great location and affordable. But the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired – our room door barely closed, there was a huge crack in the doorframe, and a torn sheet. 😁 Breakfast was good, fairly ordinary, without much choice. Cheap and cheerful. My husband and I had a good laugh about it all, got some sleep, and then drove on. But maybe my review will help someone else."

"Good location 20min walk from Central Square with metro and trains. Corner SPAR mini market was so convenient. Next door to an Auditorium where beautiful music lulled you. The entrance of IBIS was off the side behind a grand building. And what a welcoming sight as the bright cheerful interior of IBIS immediately lifted spirits. The place was joyful, fun, energetic and staffed by the most enthusiastic and hospitable receptionists I ever met. They were polite, spoke good English, helpful and accommodating. Special shoutout to Sheshe, I was impressed with this hotel, I extended my stay. Breakfast was excellent with free flow of coffee and tea. Highly recommended hotel."
